Favorite Chinese/Japanese restaurant in the Park Slope area. Friendly and efficient staff, no brusque waiters here! My go to place for excellent crispy fried dumplings, dough is delicate and crispy, fillings are juicy and tender. A very limited selection of alcoholic beverages, but the consistently good food makes up for it.

My favorite Chinese spot in the area. Delicious food at great prices. It can get crowded at dinner time so try to arrive early. Is good for big groups and pretty enough to bring a date.

We got delivery from here. The food is really good! Reasonable sized portions and everything was delicious. The vegetarian mapo tofu was reallly good, too.

We have been eating here for years. It is our favorite Chinese place in all of Brooklyn! We absolutely love the lunch specials. We also love their dinner menu! We are big fans of the General Tso’s Chicken, Pork Lo Mein, and Cucumber salad. We have been ordering from them a ton during quarantine, and the food always comes very quickly. Everyone should come to Tofu and try their AMAZING food!!

Went here with coworkers for a friend’s birthday. House special crispy noodles were not crispy but chewy and the sauce didn’t taste good. Peking duck portion was not on par and instead of crepes or buns they served the peking duck with flour tortillas you can buy in the supermarket. The only thing that everyone liked was the fried ice cream. This is not just my opinion but everyone who dined with us at the table agreed. Won’t be coming back here again.

You should never order soup dumplings to go or get it delivered from any restaurant. Soup dumplings have to be eaten immediately after it has been taken off the steamer. Just get regular dumplings if you can’t eat it at the restaurant! Since we couldn’t go to my parents for a Chinese New Year Eveve meal, I took the family to Authentic Szechuan last night for dinner. Since we were eating there, we got to order the soup dumplings (Pork Juicy Pork Bun on the menu) and they were pretty good (not the most soup but still tasty). We ordered a whole bunch of dishes to share. The stir fried string beans are always a favorite for our kids.

Great food! Accidentally walked into it, and what a great surprise! Every dish we ordered was exceptionally tasty and all food came up within 10 mins! If you want some non oily authentic Chinese food, I’d recommend this place! Definitely will coke back for more tastiness!

I have described this restaurant to many of my friends as a typical Chinese restaurant that just does everything better. The food is good, prices are good, and the atmosphere is wonderful. The inside of the restaurant looks great and the seating is very comfortable. I’ve tried a fair portion of their huge menu and never been disappointed with the food. The sushi is always half-off so you can easily get 4 or 5 standard rolls for $15 – can’t complain about that. Occasionally they will do a $3 special for house red or white wine – deal. I prefer to eat at the restaurant but when I’ve gotten delivery it has been prompt and friendly.
