It took 10 minutes to make 1 sandwich. It was toasted but cold. The soup was hot enough for a lawsuit. We’ve been sitting down eating for 5 minutes and it’s still steam coming from the soup. The order was messed up multiple times. The guy appeared to be new (bless him), but the worker Kim thought that filling mayo containers and dumping trash was more important than assisting us. As we were sitting down attempting to enjoy our meal, another customer came in and Kim ran to fix his meal in less than 2 minutes flat. Another set of customers came in and Kim felt it was more important to stock the chips. At this point it’s giving racist vibes. The 2 set of customers she couldn’t help were black. The other customer was not. Definitely won’t be returning

The manager Aaron is great! Food was good and Aaron was very polite and good at breaking down the menu. When we walked in he was coming back from his break at the same time and rush to open the door for us, very sweet/kind. Deserves a Raise or more praise. Bubbly and fun energy as well!

Service was excellent. The employees not only we’re very personable but excellent communicating and making the customer feel comfortable and for myself making really easy to get exactly the sandwich I wanted and also for my acquaintances that I brought their with me. The gentleman knew his sandwiches well was able to organize making quite a few at the same time and perfectly as we wanted him there is no way that we will be getting anything that we didn’t want exactly the way we wanted it. This is my new sub shop! They make the best classic and fusion sandwiches. The Togo’s near Nob Hill Grocery in Alameda is on it! So professional in the art of sandwich making. Sandwich was decent. Maybe a couple steps up from Subway. Subway is complete garbage, so you have a reference point. My issue is that I got a large sandwich and an ice tea. Total was close to twenty dollars. Avoid this place if you don’t like throwing your money away. I’ll never go back, simply because of the cost.
