I’m a Togo’s fan, so the food was great. Its the portion that was lacking. We ordered 2 full sized salads which, like everywhere else, are rather pricey these days. We don’t mind paying for what we consider to be good food. But our salads looked more like the half size then the full sized. The salads were very neatly prepared, but the containers weren’t even full! Pretty disappointing. Next time I’m craving one, I’ll go to a location rather then delivery.

I’ve been to many Togo sandwich shops throughout California. This Hass to be hands-down the worst one pastrami was really greasy and portion was very small bread was stale.

I did it on app. Maybe it was there; i wanted extra tomatoes and everything in regards to veggies, but didn’t see it. One was without tomatoes with everything else; veggies, but didn’t see button for that.

I love Togo’s and usually have no problems. Last Sunday I called at 6:25 to order sandwiches for pickup the guy that answered said they were closed I told him your website says you close at 7 he said they had no control over that and they were closed. I told him that management should change the hours on the website then.

They make decent sandwich, but fail at customer service. Long story short, we ordered through door dash and Togos made a mistake on the order by adding something we specifically asked to be left off due to severe (deadly severe) allergy, and togos said even though it was there own mistake door dash is somehow responsible, Door dash was great and resent the order for us but togos then canceled the order themselves and just sent us back the money for our sandwich, just sad to see they can’t even try to fix a mistake they caused.
