Went in to order da couole sandwiches and the employee told me to move down to other end of counter I replied oh . I’m reading the menu I can’t see. Blank response and he said move down so I can serve this customer. I again as I was walking away said I can’t see the board and no apology, nothing. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE .

Want to give 1 star but will give a bonus for the freshness of the food. Came in on a rainy afternoon, totally empty, 3 employees behind the counter. 1 new trainee made our 5 sandwiches while 2 other girls behind the counter just watched and ate chips, one of them being the shift lead.

Let me start by saying Togo’s has the Best sandwiches in town. Lots of meat and produce and their bread is always fresh. Mr. Pickles and Subway are NO comparison to Togo’s. The staff is very friendly and service is always fast. I always get exactly what I ordered. I try to go at least once a week. Their app is rewarding. Every $100 spent you get back $10 so that’s not bad.

Let me start out by saying I had a bad experience with Togo’s quite awhile ago, (1990’s), mainly the cleanliness. Back then, I went into the bathroom and the toilet bowl was full of you know what. I was horrified. A dirty establishment is a direct reflection on management, meaning they do not care. There is no way around this or any explanation you can provide me that will change my mind. I did end up eating here but that was also horrid.

$61 for 3 sandwiches with chips and 2 cups of soup, after waiting over 20 minutes just to order. There was only 4 customers total in the place. We planned on dining in, however the restaurant smelled musty like an old water leak. The women’s restroom was disgusting, it looked like it hasn’t been cleaned since the beginning of the pandemic. 2 stars because their food was delicious or maybe I was just starving.

Gosh, can you like a place just because of how your treated when your there. They were warm and welcoming. I felt more like a guest in their home. They listened carefully to what I ordered. My sandwiches came home perfect. They have soups, salads and wraps too and quite a few sides. It tasted terrific. A thanks for coming in kind of goodbye. It was all good. I get so tired of getting interrupted when I’m ordering at other places, its rude and I lose my train of thought. And the end I’m frustrated and I dont ever want to go back. But luckily, this Togo’s is not that sort of place. Its become my place Togo when I’m feeling soup, salad or sandwich fresh and good.

Very nice staff. Very accommodating. I’m injured from an auto accident and temporarily in a wheelchair. TOGO’S, like many sandwich shops has very high counters. The young lady behind the counter didn’t miss a beat and came around the counter to great me and take my order in person without the counter between us.

I absolutely love Togo’s, however this trip was less than pleasurable. It was super busy, which is fine, that not being the problem. I got stuck with a “trainee ” who barely knew what she was doing. She didn’t follow the instructions that I gave her and my sandwiches were not made the way I requested, but at that point it had taken so long and I was hungry, so I just accepted it. I will go back, again I love Togo’s, however, i probably won’t have a trainee make my food.
