2 visits in a row they have messed up my orders. Instead of giving a sandwich that I ordered they give me 2 of the same sandwich, but still charge me for the more expensive sandwich. They stop making hot sandwiches at 9:30pm. Can’t get orders right!!!!. And they stop making shakes at 9:30 as well.

I love Togo’s and I will continue to come back to this location however I will be a little more cautious on what I order next time. The meat on the sandwich my friend ordered was definitely bad. The turkey had a terrible taste and smell and I understand things happen so I would definitely give them another shot. They’re very friendly and took care of it for us. That was much appreciated

I always get the Asian chicken sandwich wrap and for some reason my wrap is half the size it should be. I’m literally eating more of the spinach wrap then the Actual salad. The service was adequate I felt like he was moving in slow motion.

Called in an order 3 sandwich was told busy so 20 min said no problem I’m across town picking up on the way home. I arrive waited a bit in the car to give more time went in I stood there for a bit nothing so I asked them if my phone order was ready look at me confused my ordered wasn’t starter yet they continue make sandwiches for new customer but I was waiting for mine so I payed and asked if they can bring it out said yes no problem. Waiting still waiting and waiting nothing so I go back in sandwich still not started so I asked for a manager so a gentleman came out and explain to him whats going on if your that busy you should help out your crew instead of staying in the back . They help at least 5-6 new customers with there sandwiches and I’m still waiting i said I was better off to come in a placed my order. I I was just told that there busy and I relied I get that you told me 20 min I gave you 45 min still no sandwiches and he replies were working on it . Then he decided to started to help I’m like toooooo late no customer . The worst part of all this I asked them please just make my Sandwiches correctly so get home all

Always a good experience here. The only complaint I have is from a recent experience where I ordered online went to pick it up and was told they were out of salami. I changed my order to the Italian sandwich (even though they were out of salami) only to be told they were also out of mortadella. I know no restaurant is perfect. I was disappointed, but the gentleman was nice about it. It wasn’t his fault. Would be nice if the lack of certain ingredients reflected online before taking your money.
