And it’s been like this since we opened the doors of the first TOGO’S in San Jose, California back in 1971. We made the meatiest, most delectable sandwiches around. I ordered online, and when I showed up, they forgot about my order. They put a rush on it and got the sandwich made pretty quickly though. The sandwich and ice cream was good. However, the tables were dirty.

Fast service, consistent quality of the sandwiches. The staff members delivered on what customers expect from a place like Togo’s: better sandwiches than most, fast delivery, and good customer service, unlike the experience I had at the Togo’s store in Eldorado Hills (see my one star review there). That might be the reason there were no customers in the Togo’s at the town center in Eldorado Hill while the Togo’s in Cameron Park was bursting at the seams

My visit to the location was very nice, the staff was nice and helpful in making me a delicious sandwich and she did it just as I instructed Thank you! I found that the 6inch sandwich was just as great as the large plus I had room to treat myself to some Great Baskin-Robbins ice cream which definitely never disappoints..

Came here over the weekend from TX. I thought people in the south were slow… These people take the cake. There were 2 people in front of me when i got there with small orders and i was there at least 30 minutes. The girl took at least 6-8 minutes just to make my veggies sandwich!!!!! The sandwiches are ok but definitely not worth the wait especially with that staff. They looked so miserable. It was just a bad experience

Placed online order today for pick up. When I walked in there was one customer at counter and 3 workers. I was not greeted who in I’m fine with but I stood in the order pick up line with nobody in front of me. One worker helping customer other two appear to be making online orders. 5 minutes go by and 3 customers walk in. Employee #4 comes out from back and ask customers that just walked to place orders if they need help! I immediately, respectfully ask “can I just pick up my order”? He asks my name, mumbles something I couldn’t make out and everyone goes about their work. He helps the next customers. About 3-4 more minutes go by and the youngest worker who had a very sour look on her face the whole time comes over to the end of counter to get something and I ask “can someone just tell me what is going on with my order?” She states “she’s working on it over there”. My response was “ok that’s fine but nobody told me that”. When my order comes to me they forgot the drink and chips which was 2 of the 4 items I ordered. You guys can do better.

Ordered online and was disappointed when I drove 20 minutes home to find my husbands sandwich was nothing like I ordered. Sandwich only had pickles, lettuce, and roast beef. Very disappointing since it was supposed to be a roast beef with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, olives, and I paid extra for cheese. I like the convenience of ordering online and picking up quickly but will likely not do that again with this store. Will make sure I watch it being built from now on. The salads were fantastic and as ordered and the service was friendly. My kids were very happy with their ice cream as well.

This place steals your money. We made a huge order on the way to Tahoe and when we called to notify them about incorrect items, they refused us any refund or adjustment unless we DROVE BACK to give them back the sandwich. Claiming “owners policy” to not do refunds regardless if the issue was their mistake. We have never had an order correctly filled here – but now they are refusing to right their wrongs. New owner is a crook – stay away.
