I hope its worth the wait. 20 minutes so far. My question is, where is the franchise owner to speed up the process? I finally get the sandwich, first time ordering. Order a cheese steak get some other kind of cold sandwich. More waiting. Ugh.

Came in with my daughter. Every employee was super respectful. We ordered and I ran to bathroom to wash my hands. Sat down and ate a few chips and sipped on drink while waiting on sandwiches. Sat here for maybe 7 or 8 minutes and didn’t hear my name. I heard another customer that came in whole we were waiting get their name called and their food was ready. I walked up and noticed a bag at the counter. I asked if it was mine and the worker checked and confirmed. She apologized and said they called my name out. But my daughter nor I heard them. The worker offered to remake the sandwiches but they were cold and we were hungry..so not to worried. I told her I probably just didn’t hear them and it was my fault.

There was a gal allowed in the back kitchen area with no pants on. The employees working did not stop her. That’s disgusting and absolutely unsanitary. ….. Extremely disappointed in staff choices and such a bad experience for my first time visit. On top of that, I asked for no avocado on mg sandwich and it came with avocado on it. After I let the employee know, they apologized and said if I came back another day they could make another one. Another day? I even tipped them. BS.

3/31/23 The guy behind the counter really made my day. The ladies too. I just want tell you guys that. He just was so helpful i had both my kids and he was so patient. I think your staff is just amazing. I will be back and recommend every to tey their subs. I had the chicken pub thing everything on it. Came out so good. My boy had a mini ham and chese. Ingredient quality and bread quality are always amazing. Customer service is great but there is never enough sauce on my sandwiches, making them taste EXTREMELY bland. This has happened like 3 times now out of 4 visits. Learning now to just get my sauces on the side so I can put the right amount on myself.

The sandwiches are great, as are the people working. I love that they will always make it clear which sandwich is which (wrap a receipt with the item’s details clearly readable without having to unwrap). The ordering experience from their website is alright.

I gave 3 stars because I usually like Togos, especially their pastrami; however, I don’t like paying for specifics and extras and not getting what I asked and paid for. The downtown location was so much better. They knew how to make sure customers were pleased with their purchase. Now, having to hunt for a new pastrami spot is woefully disappointing .
