The hibachi here is SO fun and SO delicious! We had a great time watching our chef and entertainment for the night. Our server, Felix, took awesome care of us before the show. The hibachi entree is a bit large so consider sharing or being ready to take some home! Best hibachi in Springfield!

Usually a good place. Haven’t been there for a while. Food over priced, salmon over cooked and dry, miso soup cloudy with weird aftertaste. Ordered calamari appetizer many 5-8 small pieces of calamari tasted fishy. Added gratuity in check for only 3 people. Waitress very nice, place clean. Manager kinda rude when told about salmon. “Oh you don’t want it well done?” Salmon No. will not go back.

We have been going there since 2014 for my daughters birthday every year because hibachi is her absolute favorite. We have noticed that every year(the service) seems to be getting worse but have stayed loyal because it is very close to us and the food has always been good. Tonight the service was the worst we have ever had. We had a reservation for 7 and arrived early. We were sat and waited for a waitress. The waitress seemed very annoyed to even be there. A couple of us ordered drinks and the other people at the table were trying to ask but she walked away. She came back and was very rude and not attentive at all. No one was asked if they would like another drink so I had to go ask for someone to come and serve us and the other people who were not even with us. The cook came and did an excellent job but the waitress was no where to be found! Finally dinner was over and I had to find the waitress to ask her for a desert for my daughter.The waitress came we sang happy birthday and not 5 minutes later the manager told us that she was sorry but we had to leave because they had to seat other people! I had already paid and left a 20% tip(that I wish I hadn’t)We spent over 400 . I spoke to the manager trying to explain how rude that was and she basically could have cared less. Our reservation was for 6 and at 720 we were told we needed to go so they could seat othersWe will never go there again! Had they had adequate service we would have been in and out like they want!! Awful!

I used to go here all the time. I went today 5/30/23. The food was o.k. I then ordered creme brûlée it looked like it came out of the fridge was not what I think of when I order creme brûlée. The big issue for me, they automatically charge you 18% gratuity no matter the size of your party. Then after they have already charged you the 18% the bottom of your receipt shows what 18% or 20% would be but it’s based on top of the 18% you already paid. I am going to have that looked into if you are not paying attention you could be leaving a 36% tip or 38% tip. I don’t think the bottom of the receipt should print out like that. I remember the owner her name is Jean. Unfortunately I will not visit it again. I am going to piggy back off the again I am going to have that extra gratuity looked into @ the end of bill. I will say this again Jean is the owner you really need to replace that mgr. she was on duty 5/30/23 @ 5:30 not personable at all. The one thing that will take a business down is poor customer service. She looked at the creme brûlée asked me if I touched it, it looked barely touched. Your supposed to be able to crack the sugar on creme brûlée, and it should be a pudding like under. That was like someone poured something on top and ice cream texture underneath. Again won’t be back.

Food is pretty solid and always delivers. Came in during about what it seemed to be rush hour and was sat quickly. Service was nice as well. Mushroom soup is great.

Went in for dinner, and the hibachi chef entertained us. The drinks were great, and the food was delicious. Prices are in line with other hibachi locations. This one is the go-to we are always satisfied when we leave.
