My family and I eat here on very regular basis and literally every single time our food is consistent in amount, flavor, and accuracy. Very good food, very fair prices and always a pleasure. Keep up the good work. Orangeburg needs good competent businesses like yours.

The rudest staff in Orangeburg, SC and let’s not forget the food. The rice was bland. The vegetables were soggy. The steak was charcoal and let’s not forget their non deveined shrimp. Yuck!

We always enjoy going to Tokyo Grill. The recently expanded seating area is a welcome addition with great service and the food is always consistently tasty. I personally prefer the lunch vegetable on the hibachi but is all delicious. The sushi is very good with nice large pieces for a reasonable price. Great family restaurant that I would recommend for sure.

Ordered takeout made sure to add extra teriyaki sauce to the steak teriyaki. My husband goes to pick up our 3 meals (total of $38. ) My husband asked if they had the extra teriyaki sauce in bag was told yes gets food home no extra teriyaki , and none on my food as well . So dry steak no sauce on food or in bag. . Which i paid for the extra teriyaki sauce as well . . So I paid for a meal I didn’t eat because it wasn’t right . My husband and sons meals were ok .

Food is delicious and fast when you order in store. We like the hibachi steak and California roll. Prices are very reasonable and definitely better quality than “the other Japanese restaurant” in Orangeburg.

This was my first visit to Tokyo Grill. I loved that you could order online and go pick it up, but I do wish you could pay online as well instead of paying at pickup. I ordered a handful of items off of the menu to try out. I was glad to see the one worker there was wearing a mask. With one person waiting in front of me, total wait time to get the order was a little over 10 minutes (late afternoon). Each meal or appetizer was boxed up well and in their own bags and warm. It wasn’t until I got all the way home that I discovered the chicken salad I ordered for someone else was missing. I live too far away to go back for a $5 salad. I hoped that once they discovered i wasn’t given the salad they wouldn’t charge me but that didn’t happen–i was charged for it. The food in general was pretty good. I wasn’t a fan of the Tempura because it was too greasy, but I really liked the California & Crab rolls. I might give them a second chance in the future, but it’s not a place i would go out of my way for.
