This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Tokyo Grill. Service was good but the food was disgusting. Everything had a burnt, old taste and a terrible after taste. I even tried to add “slap ya mama” to give it some flavor but it just wasn’t edible-waste of money. Even the white sauce was disgusting.

First and foremost as soon as I walked in this establishment I smelled sewerage and, that’s a horrible thing to smell when you’re coming to purchase food. I’ve come here several times and each time the lady at the window was arrogant and rude!!!! No professionalism at all, she just walks up to the window without greeting and waits for u to say something. I tell her what I want and she constantly yells what!? In a disrespectful manor then, puts it in and stares at me but doesn’t tell me how much my total is like I’m supposed to just hand her my hard earned money. This was the encounter each time I came, they need to be investigated by DHEC for food hygiene and cleanliness because I’m sure that strong smell hasn’t been addressed, and the lady should not be serving customers with that nasty disgusting attitude. Do not eat here!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

The Wilder Experience
Whoever owns this location should be ashamed of themselves. Fix the plumbing so your restaurant doesn’t smell like raw sewage and decomposed flesh!! When you walk inside all you smell is raw sewage and road kill!! Obvious plumbing issues that may affect food preparations. If you’re ordering food without going inside BEWARE!!!

Very bad customer service. I had to call the store 3 times about my order, and the girl who answered would simply say “no” and hang up. She was very rude. Would not recommend this location. I have had great experiences at other locations.

Not what I was hoping for. We were hungry and decided to get something quick before we had to go home and cook dinner. Ordered California rolls and teriyaki chicken. The chicken was dry despite the fact that it was supposed to be chicken thighs. And the sauce just tasted like soy sauce and garlic powder. Nothing sweet about it and I’m pretty sure that there was a grey tint to it. Do not recommend. Will not be going back

Horrible customer service! The speaker at the drive thru was broken so I called to place my order. No where on the menu does it say mushrooms are included with entrees, it’s does state onions and zucchini’s are in it. So I asked for no onions, then as I’m driving up I see pictures of food on the window with mushrooms in it. I asked about the mushrooms and she immediately got defensive claiming my food was already prepared and I only said no onions, which is true but it’s not written that they are included! She then rolled her eyes and slammed the window so I drove off. Definitely won’t be back
