I went prior to the pandemic and the place was pretty good and I thought I would invite family to dinner tonight and it was the worst mistake ever! Bad service and bad food! The chef seemed upset as soon as he arrived at the table. He drowned the food in garlic and soy sauce and all of the meat was burned! A complete waste of over $400.00.

First time here. This ended up being our plan B for the evening and we only found it doing a search for Hibachi restaurants in Carson. We got in for an early dinner so there was no waiting. The staff was friendly, efficient, attentive, and professional. We tried a few different apps and each of us got a different meal….everything we got tasted fabulous! There wasn’t anything we didn’t enjoy! We will definitely come back again another time!!

Lots of problems with tonight’s visit. We are traveling and decided to go here. Had lots of problems with our food including raw steak. The person cooking our food in front of us wasn’t interactive at all and was very boring for lack of a better word. Definitely wasn’t work the $130 we spent. Wouldn’t recommend this place

I came from out of town & decided to give these guys a try based on Google reviews but my experience was so-so. I’d give them 2.5 out of 5 stars. The biggest thing I wanted to convey here is “Don’t expect to get your own table, and there is a very good chance you’ll be sharing the table (shoulder to shoulder) with noisy kids and their runny noses and gaming devices.” Reservations are a must.

They messed up the order, I ordered sushi for myself and the steak and chicken for my husband and a steak and chicken for the my 2 daughters. The chef didn’t give my husband his meal but instead to me. So by the time he was done my husband just had rice in his plate. I was confused. We didn’t even eat. We asked for to go plates and left.

I’ve been here twice and it has always been great service, great food and great chefs. The manager will always come over to the table after we are done eating and ask us if we enjoy the food. It is a busy place, so I’d recommend getting reservations ahead of time and please be patient as you will still need to wait a bit for a table to clear up.

Reservation means nothing to them! We had a reservation for a specific time. When we made the reservation they were very clear in saying, if our entire party was not present on time, we would not be seated. We all arrived together and about 15 minutes early. We were told, they were running a bit late, possibly 15-20 minutes. We had a starving 2 years old with us and the hostesses saw our toddler. Fir those of you who have children, you know what this all means. It was a 7pm reservation and we were seated at 7:58pm!
