This replaced Kyoto as my go to for teriyaki chicken years ago. First time I’ve had it in a while, and it’s not the same. It’s obviously no longer grilled. Zero char that you’d expect on properly cooked teriyaki. Rice was sopping wet with sauce. This seriously makes me sad. It’s like your mom changing a recipe she’s used your entire life. What happened? Unless they start cooking it the way they did before, I won’t be ordering again.

Ordered a shrimp tempura roll and several items via uber eats. The shrimp was raw! The chicken is boiled in the yakisoba. Don’t know why you would have a buy one get one free promotion with terrible items. The orange chicken was pretty decent but food prepared improperly is a dealbreaker

This as by far the worst experience I’ve ever had ordering off Uber eats. Literally threw entire meal away. The “Vegas roll” smelled like bad fish and was completely wet and soggy. The teriyaki chicken was gross the chicken was rubbery and the sauce was like a gel, it was really weird. Also got crab puffs that were dry and burnt. Don’t go here.

I don’t like giving completely bad reviews but I have to state some things. I bought the teriyaki chicken with brown rice. The good, the chicken was grilled great. Now all the negatives I had brown rice barely any rice with my order. It was drowned in teriyaki.I’ve had some of the best teriyaki chicken in the world and this was not great way to sweet no other flavor in the sauce it could use some ginger, garlic and tone down the sugar .also it hurts the flavor of the chicken cutting it in squares..chop it up or into long thin strips it gives it the best flavor I can’t get over people In Restaurants in Arizona Try to cube chicken.. if you make the sauce better cut the chicken better and add more rice to the order not drown the rice…with the grill style they have this could be a great spot for teriyaki chicken.P.S FOUNTAIN DRINKS WOULD BE A PLUS.

I would have them a 1 star but at least they tried. Sweet and sour chicken was like it wasn’t even cooked fresh the egg fried rice was salty as foooooo. And the chowmein was not the best my wife said the soup was not to bad. Wayyyyyyy overpriced spent 74$ me to pick off the chicken and eat a Lil of the chow mien and rice.

Every time I come to Tokyo House the food seems to get better and better! I love the orange chicken, house fried rice, all the sushi, and egg rolls… but everything I’ve tried has been pretty impressive especially considering that they are not expensive (they charge less than most restaurants nearby). They changed ownership and I’ve noticed how much they care about customer service and feedback, everyone engages with me and everyone else that comes through like a friend… the energy is good whenever I come in, employees seem happy and service is on point! Definitely one of my favorite hidden gems!! I recommend to all my friends and family!

Orange chicken was rubbery and the breading on it was soggy and thick. The tuna in my sushi looked grey/colorless. I gave one star bc I didn’t feel sick after the two bites i ate. Really disappointed.
