Not the best person to judge because I’m not too big for sushi, but I do usually get calamari often, and I didn’t care for theirs. The noodle and chicken were good. My husband got the steak with noodles and the sauce made the noodles and rice way better. Also, I usually lean more to noodles than rice and here I liked the rice more.

Wanted a bento box but got pressed into getting hibachi. As someone already posted: “You can only sit at the hibachi table if you have 80% of your party eating hibachi, you can only get seated if ALL of your party is there.” That was the same for my party. The service was great, the hibachi was over-spicy and salty, and the atmosphere was OK. Loved the fun chef, though. Kind of makes you forget you’re sitting in a restaurant in a giant cement parking lot.

I really like this place, I love the house soup! So much flavor in such a delicate little dish. I also enjoyed my steak bento box. The fried veggies are great and the steak was tender and juicy. The rice and noodles were delicious and I also loved the little dumpling and sushi samples. Pretty good value also. Will be coming back for sure

Called last night about a wait time, was told there was no wait we quickly got our things together and headed there. Arrived at 9:05pm (knew they closed at 9:30) we planned on doing take out so they could clean up for a timely manner, while we were getting out of the car I saw one of the workers go to the front door and lock it (I heard the click from the door of our car) we walked to the door giving them the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe they didn’t lock it but the door was in fact locked when we tried to open it. From my experience, this restaurant should not be in business, especially in the middle of Lafayette surrounded by a multitude of phenomenal sushi bars and hibachi grills. The service was well below average, and the only reason I say that is because the hostess was sweet, friendly and quick and the server greeted us with a big smile. However, the server didn’t speak or understand English so questions about the menu weren’t properly addressed. Then the food … the chefs are noticibly sparing with the rice on the rolls, some people prefer it that way but less than half of the roll had rice and we didnt request it that way. The sashimi was so disgusting. It did not taste fresh and neither did the mango that topped one of the 3 rolls. The children’s menu literally reads:

Really delicious!! My bestie and I went as she’s never had hibachi style food before. She was in for a delicious treat! Our food came out super delicious and we were able to enjoy conversation. I got the chicken teriyaki box which did not disappoint. Would definitely come back here again.

Reviewing sushi side of the restaurant. The atmosphere is not the greatest as it can be a bit noisy. However the staff is super friendly and attentive. And the food is good. I would recommend getting sashimi here.

My boyfriend took me here on my birthday never been there before that and let me tell you the food was absolutely amazing tasted fresh and the inside is nice and clean the customer service was excellent they definitely know how to treat there customers and will be coming back
