This place has really gone down in quality and service over the years. Today I ordered a simple teriyaki steak with double rice and after 30 minutes we received our cold togo plate with no double rice and a small handful of steak bits.

I use to love eating here but it has seem to go down really fast. Now u don’t get the shrimp that automatically comes with any hibachi plate it seems the portions are getting smaller and the bill gets higher… also do not order wine they will charge u 14.00 a glass when I can get the whole bottle at the liquor store for the same price so a lesson learned there. As if it can’t get any worse now that I’ve decided to try the take out they never answer the phone. The food is good but good luck with the rest.

I called in an order, said it will 45min. Gave them 1 hr and food still wasn’t ready. Finally came home and we got tiny shrimp, we only got 6 for the same price, steak under cooked. Dont know why this place has gone down hill, used to love this place. They are always out of stuff and only take cash. Management really needs to shape up

We came in at 7:00 and were told to wait 30 min 4 groups of people who later came in after us were seated before us and hour in after waiting 2 more groups come in as soon as the tables are ready to have people seated and the 2 groups who barely walked in are then seated before us. Some straight BS also was dirty. ♂️

I had placed an order over the phone, and they said that it would take 45 minutes which was fine. The order was placed at 7:30pm…my brother in law waited till 8:30pm to pick up the order. When he arrived the girl up front said that it would take “10 minutes for the shrimp to be cooked” My brother in law waited up to 30 more minutes until he walked up to one of the ladies up front about his food….apparently they hadn’t even started cooking the entrées!!!! They lied!!!!!!! He waited another 30 minutes now its 10:30pm!!!! Still waiting for the food…..my brother in law had been fed up with the excuses.. to top it off they told him “oh we are only charging for appetizers! EVERYTHING SHOULD HAVE BEEN FREE FOR HIM WAITING 3 HOURS FOR A MEAL ORDERED OVER THE PHONE TO BEGIN WITH!!!!!!! At this point still no food ready so my brother in law walked out….This should not happen to begin with. The manager and staff need to be more organized! Tokyo was never like this…..seems to be really going down hill fast!!!! I do not know if the owners are not aware or don’t care anymore….I will definately will not be eating from here for a long time. I would not be giving this place a really bad review, but I am. I tend to let people know the honest truth about locations. This place needs a lot of work starting with the staff!

Worst hibachi I have ever had. They over-cook the chicken to the point where I couldn’t chew it, also had no flavor. No sugar in the hibachi whatsoever. The chef walked away while food was cooking multiple times. Spent 10mins waiting for change because the waiter refused to come back with our change. The soup was not fully cooked right, thought I was drinking lake water. Didn’t offer refills on drinks. The chef gave my food to the wrong person and argued with me about what I ordered, despite that person saying it was the wrong order BEFORE he put it on their plate. The chef also ignored how people wanted their steak cooked and did whatever he wanted. There was old rice, steak, and chicken that I could see all over the floor, with no one cleaning it up, one employee sitting near the mess and never cleaned it up.

Food IS a little pricey but you get what you pay for! Steak is excellent quality and cooked to order, shrimps are nice and big, the salmon is my favorite with the fish sauce! It doesn’t cost too much extra for extra rice and that will fill me up quick (even giving a portion to my 2 year old), I love it with the ginger sauce. We come here on special occasions and it’s always great .
