The servers were wonderful. Service was fast. The cook was fun. The portions were small, more appetizer portions than meal portion. No one had leftovers and most of those at the table were still hungry. In today’s mega portions this is really unusual. The food was OK, not great. If we had planned on a big dessert, it would have been fine.

Honestly, if I could give zero stars I would. The entire time we were in the restaurant, we were rushed and treated rudely. We arrived at 10:25 pm and were planning to eat super fast since we know they closed at 11. We ordered immediately when we sat down and waited. Everything seemed fine until we received our food. Our sushi was missing multiple ingredients and when we asked about it, we were told “that roll doesn’t come with that anymore” in a rude tone. If that were the case, why weren’t we told? Then, a manager came out and rudely said “I’ll just take that off the bill” and snatched the plate away. Overall, we were treated very rudely and I had a terrible experience.

The food was really great. We ate a lot of sushi, fried rice, and different platters. Our server was great. We had four adults, a 13-year-old, and one infant. We sat at a table versus hibachi grill. The Dawson roll sushi was really good to me

In my experience sitting with other strangers is a bit awkward. Specially when no words are not exchanged except some side comments. Food is amazing, but the portion portioning between the other group of people sitting with your group could be better. Watching others get a bigger portion of the expensive food you’re paying takes the joy away of eating in my opinion. I do give points for the acomodation I was given of the food portion I was missing when I went to eat last week. Aside from that, the food flavor it’s amazing.

This was your typical Japanese Hibachi restaurant. The food was delicious, especially the salad. Everything was acceptable, but nothing was outstanding. I found the prices to be a little steep but also pretty standard Japanese steakhouse.
