This was first time trying a Tokyo Joe’s and, for a chain restaurant, we were impressed with the quality of the ingredients. The service staff were friendly and prompt. The place was clean and interestingly decorated, though a bit darker than I preferred. I would definitely come back or to another Joe’s though!

My kids have eaten here, but I never have. It was really good! We ordered for pick up and it was all ready to go when we arrived. Our order was made right. They were not shy about the amount of salmon and shrimp that they put in our bowls either, which was awesome! The employees were all nice. We will eat here again.

I am frustrated! I tried to leave a review or provide feedback using their website but apparently they don’t have that feature. I am a frequent eater here. I am also a creature of habit in that I order the same thing every single time. And it is almost never the same price. Sometimes they charge me extra for vegetables and sometimes they don’t. I am extremely frustrated with this. I don’t know if I will return. I wish I could get some consistency or speak to a manager But I’m not having any luck with either. Just know the customer service is inconsistent. It appears the pricing depends upon who’s working the register at the time you come for your meal. I’m not sure I want to go back. I don’t like complaining but I also don’t like inconsistencies.

Normally I love this place! I come here every time I visit from out of town. Been comming here sense I was about 13. I’m now 28 and the last few times I have came whether is was dine in or take out the quality of food and service has drastically gone out the window. This last visit has me unsure on whether I will ever spend my money here again. The staff at this lotion seem uncaring, to the point that when I reminded the person taking my order about my adicit number they seemed annoyed. They didn’t hear me that I wanted to big samlon bowl and charger me for a regular instead and I got a regular which no big deal. But then when I went home with the order and saw the Avacado was brown and rotten that they charge extra for that was it for me. And I know the staff had enough time to see that that Avacado wasnt good quality as I had ordered to go and watch my food sit for 35 minutes while they made the sushi and springs rolls I ordered as well. And then there was the spring rolles. Which seemed like they where all disorganized and different sizes one had more rice paper than filling. So needless to say I probably won’t be eat here anymore at least not at that location.

We used to go to Tokyo Joe’s all the time. We moved to another state so we only rare get to go now. When we went last Thursday, I was thoroughly shocked at the priced. It was outrageous! We will not be treating ourselves to ‘YoYo’s’ as my grandkids used to call it again.

We ordered three different plates. Build your plate, ramen and Texas sushi. Texas sushi isn’t that great. It lowers down the score of my overall review. The rice is super hard. You cant taste the meat inside the roll and overall the sauce on top of it, makes it too strong.

Normally I love this place. Tonight I placed the same order I’ve been planning for years and WOW did they mess it up. My sushi rolls were rolled, with no rice, into spring roll style. Two different rolls ordered but I got two of the same “spring rolls”. The manager tried to explain to me that it’s because I ordered soy or rice paper instead of seaweed. Try again! Avoid avoid avoid. I have been craving this all week and it’s not cheap.

We ordered two servings of sushi, one eight count, and one four count. We waited 20 minutes to get our order and they made the wrong rolls I ordered the wonton rolls and they gave me the california rolls when I asked them to correct the mistake I had to wait another 15 minutes for 4 rolls of sushi. All in all, I had to wait 35 minutes for 4 rolls. It is dark in the restaurant, the chairs are uncomfortable, I can get better sushi else where and wait half the time, not going back and do not recommend them.
