Bought 2 cookies. Each were pushing $2. I received not only the smallest cookies I’ve ever paid for but also both cookies expired yesterday. Do better. Selling extremely small cookies is ridiculous but to then charge for an expired cookie is basically theft on their part.

This is a really good twist on fast food. They have a lot of good meal items, and they like trying out new things. The wait is never really bad, and the seating is great. One of the ladies even gave me a free cookie (how awesome is that). I have been eating here for years, give it a shot if your bored of classic fast food.

Mmm, so good. First visit in about 10 years. We had a Choose Your Own Bowl and got double veggies instead of rice or noodles. We had steak and shrimp, both excellent. The stevia Teriyaki had a bit of a stevia aftertaste, but otherwise it was very good. I liked the green curry and it wasn’t real spicy. The staff was very friendly and courteous. We made sure to be out right at closing at 8:35 and they were still very nice and friendly to the man who came in 1 minute before closing. The prices were reasonable and I will be back. They also have poke and sushi, too.

I go here for the food when I can. They’ve got plenty of space, both indoor and some outdoor, and a good selection of options. Their old bamboo wall seems to be breaking down a bit, but the tables are plenty clean and they’re plenty friendly.

Ordered online for the first time, normally dine in, which is good usually. The order was ready on time and correct, but my complaint was the very overcooked mushy udon noodles and not enough sauce, so it was very bland. And the pan fried potstickers were not crispy at all. Also very mushy. Will not be ordering that bowl again. Such a waste of $, when you pay for quality. The only reason they get the 2nd star is because it did have good chicken and veggies.

They serve precooked chicken that’s been sitting in warming container which results in dry tough chicken. I complained to one of the store associates and he refused to refund us or even replace the order. He said you will have to reorder and pay! He also admitted the chicken is not freshly grilled to order. Very surpising customer service from Joe’s!
