Tokyo Joe’s is one of my favorite places to eat but today I had an especially good experience. There are employees who pretend to be nice or neutral at best and then there are those employees that are genuinely kind, polite and respectful. This was my experience with Shane. Not only was he this way with me but also with his coworkers. Thoughtful, friendly and helpful. Keep this guy around!

My food had very little protein (maaaybe 2 ounces) even though i ordered and paid for double meat and every staff member was INCREDIBLY rude. Seemed annoyed/bothered that we were there. Asked the cashier if they would bring our food to the outside tables or if we should wait, she said it was fine but the girl that delivered our food had a very snide remark that we should order our food ‘to go’ if we were going to sit out there. Have not been to a Tokyo Joe’s for several years and after today won’t be back after my experience today.

I had a great experience here. Fast assistance. Easy menu and healthy options. Love their tea selection. It was a little pricey, but I’ll still return to eat here when visiting the mall. Made my own bowl, and was a lot of food, I had to take some home.

They don’t validate your mall parking. Person taking my order didn’t seem to know the menu very well. I asked for one thing that she didn’t know what that was (even though it’s listed on their website menu, was not a custom request), so she just put something else on instead, then didn’t explain what was in that. A coworker came over to help her and put the right menu item on it. I ordered extra chicken on one of the bowls, but my boyfriend asked if I had forgotten to add that, since he didn’t think there was that much on there. Otherwise, food was standard taste and quality to what I’ve gotten at other locations in the past, so it was good.

I wanted to try something only denver had and this was right up my alley! Omg it was my 1st time ever hearing of this place. Nice dining atmosphere for a mall too. I love Asian food so I was naturally drawn to it and omg it is good! I got the build your own bowl and it was delicious! Mmmm you pick the protein you want, fresh healthy veggies, and toppings, and I loved the sauce selections too!! Just good!!! The Ramen was excellent too!!! I sooo wish we had one in ohio for sure! So glad I tried it but mad now because I won’t be able to get it again ugh lol I wanna try the other stuff on the menu now. There mango lemonade was very good too. I definitely recommend.

Blown away by the professionalism and kindness this team showed us today. In a time when good customer service seems to be lost, you would never have felt that here. We showed up close to closing not realizing it. They asked if we would be dinning in, which we did. The gentleman taking our order was very pleasant. As we were eating they were getting things picked up for closing. One of the gentlemen asked if we were drinking the raspberry tea. He said he would leave it out for us to top off our drink before we left. While eating, I watched them treat everyone with professionalism regardless of them being closed. Thank you to everyone who was there today. The food was also very good. My wife and I both enjoyed our food. It’s been a while since eating here, and we both can say we didn’t remember it being this good. Can’t wait to eat here more often as we have a restaurant right by our home.
