I really enjoyed this restaurant. I was in town from Atlanta visiting my sister and she suggested this place. We don’t have these in Atlanta….. but I wish we did!! The young lady at the counter was very helpful in explaining to a newbie all of my options. I decided to go with a tuna poke bowl and she gave wonderful suggestions on the pairings, toppings and dressing. Very tasty and filling. I can’t wait to go again the next time I’m in Colorado.

This is one of my favorite Tokyo Joe’s locations I frequent it for lunch often. Today I went there and got a glass of water, the water tasted dirty. I spoke with one of the staff and she helped me out. I also tried the soda, that also tasted like the water.

It was almost a perfect visit until we asked an employee walking by for a to-go box. She told us they were just 10 feet away by the soda fountain. Made me wonder what I would have done when I previously worked the same job… I would have grabbed the box for the customer and told them where they were(Accessible to the public). I would definitely recommend eating here. I couldn’t bring myself to lower the score for such a minor room for improvement.

We were driving west on Interstate 80 and wanted a quick, healthy bite before heading into the mountains. This place was a little gem of a find! Easy interstate access, ample parking (YMMV as it shares a lot with a movie theater), fast service with a smile, delicious food, and interesting selection of iced teas!

Missed a steak bowl on the order, fine…. had to stand in line again to pay…. fine. Brought out wrong dish, came back with correct dish in a to go bowl (smaller than dine in)…… forgot fork and /or sticks……steak was fatty and full of grissel. Last meal at the Mills location
