If I could give negative stars it would be negative 5. I ordered ahead, said it would be 15 minutes for a simple bowl, it took an additional 10 minutes, but the attitude that the staff has was the worst, the women working were not in any hurry to get things done on time, they could care less about you ordering early as they don’t start until you get there. Management needs to see how horrible people are treated there.

I haven’t been to Tokyo Joe’s for a while because I moved and didn’t have one close, til driving back home I noticed one on Mississippi just east of I-225, so I stopped in. To my surprise, my favorite Tokyo Joe’s employee has transferred to this location! Ferry came over while I was ordering and said Hi and it made my day and year to tell you the truth. He is happy and always remembers regulars, so I will be back as a regular at a different location than I use to go. Dam(spelling?) greeted me and was very personable and friendly as well, so I will be stopping in more now that I found this location. Ferry should be recognized as your Company’s MVP for all of Colorado, if not the entire US!!

Unfortunately, this was our first time ordering from Tokyo Joes and it was absolutely subpar. The noodles were mushy, the order incorrect, and not enough sauce. Also, the price was way too expensive for the quality. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The gal with pink and black hair that took our order today was super friendly! Honestly haven’t had good customer service like that in ages so was a welcome change 🙂 food is always good at Joe’s. Sad to see this is one of the only locations left in Aurora but can’t wait to come back for service alone!

Every delivery order has at least one thing wrong. I either don’t receive my drink or like tonight I ordered shrimp spring rolls and got chicken. The food is great but I’m 8 months pregnant right now and I would just like to recieve what I paid for, what I’m craving.
