Good food and great service!! The menu was not very specific on what was spicy and not spicy so some of my peoples got food not good for them. They were heck a busy but very courteous and quick with the food! Overall, good experience and perfect late dinner!

Japanese food modified to adhere to the local tastes I guess. Not very authentic, but to someone who has never had Japanese food — it may be something they may enjoy. Ordered ramen, pot stickers, and springs rolls — other than the pot stickers everything else tastes a bit… detached, off, outlandish? From what I’m normally accustomed to. These guys have 3 locations in the area so they must be doing something right. I won’t be coming back – but glad I tried it.

The bathroom was clean. Dont let them fool you with the ” large bowl” for 2.25 more. I had a chicken bowl with Ramen i upgraded the bowl to large and i received a huge blob of ramen noodles under the veggies and meat. No upgrade to the other ingredients. I picked at it then threw it away. Hubby had rice instead same thing Big bowl of rice. We went back to the room & I compared them to the previous small bowl We had the difference was the EXTRA noodles or Rice. Totally NOT worth the $2.25 upgrade. We fed his to the dog. Didn’t bother with photos. Sorry. Wont go there again.

For an Asian restaurant in Colorado springs this was kinda underwhelming. My friend and I got the salmon bowl and dark chicken bowl. I think each bowl could do with more vegetables and the bowl by itself without sauce wasn’t that great. I liked the lemonades they had available. Lovely staff.

The food here at Tokyo Joe’s is usually great, but today was a totally different story. They were majorly understaffed when I ordered my Togo dinner. I waited 40 minutes standing. The whole team seemed to be only taking orders and nobody putting the food together. When I got home the sushi was average but the entrees were decent. Probably won’t be back here for a quick dinner.

Just cook my vegetables, it’s not that hard. The carrots are hard and cold, the cabbage is tasty but it’s raw, so was the corn and the zucchini was raw and cold. Thank God the chicken was cooked

This was not a good experience at all. The food was not bad, though I got very little veggies even though a paid for them, and the service was unreal slow and extremely unprofessional. Took us 37 min to get our order (for two people) and when I asked for lemon (since there was none in the self serve containers) the individual making food, said it would take her a long time to get any to me. Which it did, I finished my food and left, and she never brought the lemons. Keep in mind when I ordered our food, we were the only people in the restaurant and about 20 minutes later a few other couples showed up. There was another employee woman who just sat in the little office most of the time and finally came out to help, which is the only reason we did not wait a hour for the food. Go to a different place if you want to try this type of food.

They are by far the best Tokyo Joes in town, they always get my order right even though I sub out for tofu and have a complicated order. Everyone that works here is awesome especially Tiboski (might be spelling that wrong) and Johnny! After picking up a nikko salad (that was made perfect) my car wouldn’t start. I went in and asked that they didn’t tow my car and let them know it would be there overnight and I would get things figured out tomorrow. They ended up coming outside and popping the hood of my car and giving me a jump. My car restarted and to say they went above and beyond exceptional customer service is an understatement❤️ Seriously delicious food and AMAZING employees! Def recommended ✨
