We had steak and shrimp hibachi with the Dabomb sushi roll. My wife had the chicken and steak hibachi. All the food was good but the steak pieces were more like fajita meat. The roll was great and the cream cheese filled wonton were great as well as the spring roll and clear soup.

Good food. TERRIBLE customer service. Young guy Accused my SIL and I of yelling at him over the phone but we were only speaking louder since he claimed he couldn’t hear. My SIL got frustrated with having to repeat the order and handed me the phone for me to repeat the order yet once again. Dude had an attitude, was argumentative and try to pass blame when I brought up the issue. Paid for my order for my order and he offered no “Thanks” or “Come again”. Since he didn’t have to common courtesy to do so, I said “You’re Welcome” and he gave me dismissive “yep”. Management needs to coach him on etiquette in a business. The guy was young, tall, heavy built, dark hair, looked Hispanic.

The food taste very good. Ivy is one of the owners who has a great personality, very kind and polite. The service is great because you never have to wait on them. Tokyo has a warm and pleasant atmosphere. I love to go to Tokyo Steak House!!! One of the best!!!

Came here twice. The food is very good however, the first time, the servers hardly ever came to our table and it took about 45 minutes to get our food. The second time was a Saturday evening, only two other customers in the restaurant and they ran out of sushi rice! Told us they only had enough sushi rice to make two rolls of sushi. How does a sushi restaurant run out of sushi rice? Very disappointed.

Tokyo is a decent hole in the wall non-franchise Hibachi. The food is authentic but not made with fresh ingredients. There is not much of a beer selection. Even the Asian beer there are only a few choices. But all in all this is an ok place to stop and get your fried rice fix.

I ordered spicy crab roll, cheese wontons and a cucumber and crabmeat salad. This (see pic) is not a cucumber and crabmeat salad. All this extra crunchy filler and absolutely no flavor. Where’s the ponzu sauce? What is all this stuff in my cucumber and crab meat salad? Grrrr…Wontons were good, but I’d like to see at least a few crab flakes. Sushi roll was tasteless. Spicy crab should have flavor…just a little flavor by itself. Absolutely nothing. #my Arnold Palmer beverage was decent (bad lighting in pic) I left that mess on the table.
