Normally when I go to this place (which is quite often), I typically get the same order and the food is relatively decent with no issues. However, today after carrying my food home for my spouse and I, I had found a roach in my food! How unsanitary and disgusting! I was looking forward to eating my dinner as anyone would, but then to find a roach in your food, is unsettling. I didn’t even get an opportunity to eat my teriyaki chicken. After spending close to $40 on our food, we now have to toss it away and find something else to eat for dinner. I would also like to add that while being in the restaurant before leaving, I was told by the guy working at the counter that I wasn’t allowed to put more teriyaki sauce/soy sauce on my food. I dont understand why I couldn’t be allowed to do so, if the bottles of the teriyaki sauce and soy sauce are on every table in the restaurant for customers to use? I know for a fact he wouldn’t have said anything if I was sitting down eating with my spouse. He also said this infront of other people which was embarrassing. It was rude and kind of uncalled for. If you don’t want customers using items on the tables, then you shouldn’t put them on the tables for customers to use in the first place! After today, we will not be going back and I feel as if the health department should be notified by this as well!

BUG alert! Unless you’re that cockroach dude from the original Men in Black, I would steer clear of this place. Nice and beautiful bug found in the Kung Pao chicken! Definitely didn’t order supplemental bug protein. The food wasn’t that great to begin with, but a bug won’t help… My wife called to alert the owner only to be told she was crazy and dismissed the whole thing. Horrible… Stay away!

The food was a little on the “pricey” side , but it was good. My problem was when I ordered a bubble tea and he told me to Total because I had ordered it after I ordered the food. He said that the bubble tea was $9. I said $9 for bubble tea that’s really expensive. Are you sure it’s $9 for a watermelon bubble tea? He said so you don’t want it and he deleted it off the screen and I said well I’ve never paid that much for a bubble tea before that’s really a lot he said “Well go somewhere else” If my food wasn’t ordered, I would have. He was so rude. And when we ordered he barely acknowledged us. I had to ask him if he got the first part of the order because he didn’t move, and he just looked straight ahead like he was bored. I won’t be going back there soon.

Owner of the store is soooo rude. He never greats and refuses for more than 1 napkin. I picked up one extra napkin he got mad and asked to put it back cuz only 1 allowed. Now he even has written size don’t touch napkins. Asked for hot sauce on the side. He said I don’t have it. He is absolutely bad mannered person. Not sure how his business still running. He suppose to close at 8 he always turns of his open size way sooner. Not going back to him ever again.

Awful! I went there because Thai Valley was closed. I ordered beef fried rice and it was smelling like it has not marinated at all. I couldn’t eat, i told them and they weren’t even sorry, they were like it has been marinated and there is no problem at all! I left the food untouched on the counter and they didn’t offer anything to make it up for me!

Had a couple lunches here. Teriyaki was not hot and the Yakisoba was even colder and also had a funky taste so couldn’t eat it. The cashier clearly didn’t enjoy working here and should probably not be in customer service. Overall not a good experience and definitely won’t be going back.
