Grew up not far from here and we were pumped when Tolli’s moved into town. Great “New England style” pizza. Not your New York kid of slices, but great rectangle pies with awesome ingredients, great crust, great sauce.

Good pizza in agawam and even best wings in Western mass. Sad to see currently closed on weekends. Had to get pizza/wings on weekend elsewhere

Ordered a veggie pie. It was delicious. Staff was friendly and the Party Size pizza is huge and enough to feed 7 people.

We got home from vacation, didn’t have alot of food so, we ordered pizza. Bad decision…it was burnt and dry as a bone! Won’t ever do that again…at least not from here! We got chicken bacon ranch and a pepperoni pizza. Very disappointing!

From out of state, but wanted pizza that wasn’t a chain. Girl at counter seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Pizza came fast but we had to tear it apart because apparently they don’t have anything sharp enough for bread. The bottom was a little over cooked and I felt like it had been dropped in a sandbox. Everything was coated in a super fine, gross, burnt grit. The pizza had decent flavor. The industrial fans were so loud that my ears were ringing 10 minutes after being in there and its hot.

The pizza has gone down hill but the grinders and wings are great.

Nice and clean place with good food. A couple younger women took my order. They were friendly and helpful. Could have gotten another star if my salad did not come with onions. Not sure why this happens so often not just here either. I love the BBQ pizza here, but did not get that this time.

I almost never complain when restaurants make mistakes, people are human and mistakes will happen. But, in this case, I feel it’s important. I’ve read reviews on here about vegetarians upset they received meat with their order when they clearly didn’t order meat being a vegetarian. Three times (the first two I let pass without complaining) I have had to go back (which it’s not my mistake, why do I have to use my gas and my time going back to pickup another order?). I’m a lifetime vegetarian and meatballs are being put in the spaghetti I typically order. It appears Tolli’s has issues with vegetarian meals they offer on their menu. Giving the option for a customer to have to go back and Tolli’s so generously remake the correct order and using that as a customer service pitch is a disgrace. That is worse than poor customer service as that is no customer service at all. Remaking the correct order should be an obligation and not spewing it as a “customer service excellence”. And, when it’s your mistake, Tolli’s should be delivering the right order even if the customer did not order delivery. Again, trying to use the “we offered to make a new one” as a customer service pitch is disgraceful.

I’ll never forget my first time eating a grinder here, It was perfect and I love the interior set up. I now moved in the area and was excited to have such a great restaurant in walking distance. I don’t know what has changed but I’m sure it can be fixed and hope it does, my first order since moving in was not even close to what I request, my spicy buffalo Pizza was a sweet Pizza no spice, our stuffed shells some how was mixed up for a salad. Errors happen we are human, but man a $30 order of disappointment is upsetting ,I ate one slice of a sweat pizza and didn’t want to let it go to waist so I grabbed another slice and I couldn’t force my self to a third. I won’t give up on a small business because of one bad experience but I had to write a review because this was awful. Something clearly has changed, I will try them again but with a much smaller order.

Tolli’s has done it again! When preparing meals for the local soup kitchen we have called on Tolli’s to make 5 party size pizzas for us. Every time the order is ready right on time for pick up! They are also always willing to donate some of the pizzas! Well done, Tolli’s! Thank you for helping with this important ministry!
