We drive 2 hours round trip just to have dinner here! Definitely worth it!! Last evening was no exception, the food, the drinks, the atmosphere, and the hospitality of the owner was exceptional! The owner visited the table last night, and also made my wife a special drink. I ordered the pork chop, which was exceptional and my wife ordered the scallops which to her testament, were the best scallops she’s ever had. The crab and potato soup was literally lick the bowl clean wonderful. This is definitely a must visit restaurant if you are ever in the downtown area in Fort Wayne.

Amazing as always! This was my 3rd time there, and I am always left with great experience. We ordered roasted bone marrow as our appetizer. This was really tasty and flavorful. The spices and the combination of corns with bone marrow were great and light. As main, I had salmon and my husband had the organic chicken breast. I think Tolon has the best salmon at Fort Wayne right now, and I have tried a lot of salmon dishes around Fort Wayne area. The chicken dish was good too but the best items were the appetizer and the salmon. We ordered the chocolate cake as dessert. It was extremely rich and dense. Big enough to share!

In Town from Tampa and this was in walking distance from our Air B&B. Wow all the food was fantastic, staff was wonderful as well. Most surprising was the Pork chop, second best I have ever had and I am very critical when it comes to food. I got it medium and the sauce it was in was fantastic. We also had the ribeye, burger and brussel sprouts. The Beef was very clean and flavorful, you could tell the quality of beef. The Brussels has a wonderful flavor and I could have eaten the whole plate myself. This is upscale for Ft Wayne from what I know and it was not hard to get in on a Friday night. I definitely recommend this place. For desert we had the Strawberry pretzel cheesecake and it does not disappoint…. fantastic. I definitely recommend this place.

My group had a great time at Tolon- and even last minute accommodated our two separate reservations so we could eat together. Fantastic cocktails, great service, overall just a fantastic experience. Not pictured the delicious deviled eggs (because we were so excited we couldn’t stop for pictures), my husband had the pork chop and I had the bison pasta. Delicious!

First experience for brunch was fabulous. Strawberry Dutch baby had strawberries, lemon curd, whipped cream, and a hint of basil. Chicken and waffles were very good as well, and the drop biscuits almost stole the show with the honey butter.
