First time at a Tom Wahl’s and brought the extended family. The staff were great and patient as we worked away through the menu board. To begin with, i did order the food through delivery – so take this in to account while reviewing. I had ordered a Haddock Fish Dinner and Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. The fish dinner arrived with fish overdone and the Buffalo Chicken sandwich had no kick or spice to it. Probably should have tried in Dine in for what i wanted to eat but expected better.

I had never had Tom wahls, nor heard of it. Found this place on google and when I saw a picture of their burgers I immediately knew I wanted one. As I navigated their website to place my pickup order, I stumbled upon the junkers section. I didn’t know what a junker was, but when I read that if I chose one I could pick two sides, I knew I wanted that so i could try a variety of food in smaller portions (or so I thought)… I saw the regular cheeseburger was 5oz and on the junker section of the menu there was one with two 3oz burgers… so I had ASSUMED that meant I would get two small cheeseburgers (sliders) and a little of each of the two sides I ordered (onion rings and cheese curds). When I pulled up there were several children in sports uniforms with their parents exiting the place… they had clearly just had a rush so I wasn’t expecting my food to be ready as soon as I got inside as I was few minutes early. When I walked in I saw many frazzled teenagers, who were clearly a little worn out from the rush but were still as pleasant as could be. My food was ready only a minute or two later. When I opened the box containing my food I was shocked to see mountain of onion rings and what they called cheese curds (never had one inch square cheese curds but they were good), and two burger patties with melted on them just plopped on top of the mountain, with one small roll/bun on the side. I turned the bun into an oversized double cheeseburger slider. It was amazing. So was the root beer float. The food was delicious.

Great family friendly restaurant with large selection of menu items. More than just another burger joint. Ice cream is fresh and tasty. Meals are good size and fill you up. Great atmosphere and fun decor.

Wahlburgers were on point tonight! Fries and the wife enjoyed a Mexican sundae. Prices have gone up and the online coupons are no longer buy one get one free – but the burger was worth the price!!

Drove the long way home from Danbury Connecticut back to Youngstown and just had to stop at your burger place and I think it was well worth it. We love the root beer fries were great and the burgers were good, what also made my day was the staff was very nice and polite and quick service, glad I heard your commercial on Quinn in the morning
