This is a great place to have catering or just get a drink. The Vanilla Tea is out of this world and the people who work for the TOME in Lufkin are absolutely wonderful. Your company is very fortunate to have people like Arlene and Stephanie working for you. My husband was in the ER at Woodland Heights and I purchased a Vanilla tea which was great. The machine acidently charged me for a sandwich I did not get and I want you to know that Arlene and Stephanie at Tome’ Lufkin took care of a reimbursement for me immediately and were so apologetic. I will always appreciate their help and respect. Tome’ is a great place to get food and drinks. I give them 5 stars.

I purchased an adult lunch-able out of one of their vending machines at work charged me $20.00 for 1 item on my credit card. And then to make matters worse when I get to my break to eat my food there was molded cheese! I was going to be sick! yuck! I reached out to customer service and they were rude and unprofessional about the situation. I got a refund amount but I will not purchase from the vendor again if that’s how they treat their customers.

Good food made by good people, what more can I say? I have been impressed with every single item I’ve purchased from Tome, whether I’m getting a hot meal, a wrap, or a family meal to share, it’s all delicious. Service is fast and the employees are great! The lemonade is my favorite; sometimes I go there just to get that, it’s so good. The desserts taste just like your granny made them, and that’s just not something everyone can say they are able to do. Love Tome and the people who run it!

Absolutely love the food. Yes it’s a lil pricey yet it is worth it. If your looking for great food with portion control. This is the place. The lemonades come in several flavors and the tea is good as well. The ladies are very nice and ready to take order. I eat here twice a week for lunch at both locations.

First time experiencing the drive thru and Norma was super helpful and patient in answering my questions and walking me through the process. The food was well worth the price! It was served hot, as I had requested and it was still hot when I got to work from picking up the food. It was delicious and none was of course left.
