For decades, we’ve been serving up the finest hot dogs in town with a side of nostalgia and a dash of family history. Our legacy began in 1962 when Jimmy’s dad, Tommy, hit the streets on his scooter, selling hot dogs to the hungry folks of the neighborhood. We moved to Carteret, NJ in 1967 and in 1985, we transformed our family garage into the iconic hot dog haven you know and love today.
As a veteran-owned business, we take pride in crafting hot dogs that feel like home. Everything is made right in front of you using the highest quality ingredients. Our homemade chili, a generations-old recipe from Jimmy’s mom, adds that extra touch of love to each bite.

Found this place on Yelp while hungry and looking for food before doing an Open House in Carteret. On a Saturday when I went there was an older gentleman doing a one man show. Taking orders, cooking the food and serving the customers. Don’t remember his name but he was very good and had a great sense of humor! I had 2 chili dogs and a cheese steak that were delicious! I will be back and highly recommend a visit if you’re looking for reasonable comfort food. Not a fine dining spot, but there’s plenty of them for your special date!

Outstanding food all around! My kids absolutely destroyed their hotdogs and went looking for more. Made one of the best burgers ever for us as well! Tommy was great and made everyone laugh. Will absolutely go again!

Been coming here for more than 50 years (CHS ‘70), beginning back in the day when Tommy just served out of his truck. Was just there this past Saturday, worth the 30 minute trip. I miss Tommy and his magic tricks. Keep up the tradition (and the best dogs in Jersey) Jimmy!
