I was first treated to Tommys subs at work by my manager. These subs are the best I have ever had and I have had many ! The Italian sub is outstanding. I can’t wait to try the others. By the way the buns are from a local bakery and are excellent.

Just moved to Mentor and found my new sub shop. They have probably one of the best Philly cheesesteaks I’ve had anywhere in the country. There aren’t many old school sub shops like this anymore so I’m glad I found Tommy’s.

Wow can’t believe Tommy’s sold hope everything as far as quality of sandwich stays the same if not won’t last long as my 1st time there since sale,I can’t rate until I eat,but I can say sandwich looks alot thinner with meat and they don’t open bread n lay on grill to slightly toast n keep bread kinda soft they just lay whole bread roll on grill entire time and bread is very crunchy n hard,so that’s 2things so far,as of now looks like another good old fashioned sub shop gone!

Best sub ever. This is the hot Italian, the bread is awesome, like a soft French bread. Love this place, it’s my new go to hot spot.!! And the Philly cheesesteak is soooo good.!! Ok I had to come back and get the Hot Italian Burger Sub. Man this is some good stuff!!!!

Order the Super Steak Philly, when you get a taste of cheese in every bite you are doing something right. Great bread, loaded with toppings, juice from the steak throughout the sub as well. It’s worth every penny! Support local businesses like Tommy’s!
