We came to this restaurant for a date night because we heard about it reviews. Well, you walked in there is pretty empty but the restaurant was pretty old school set up. The Ambiance wasn’t bad for the fact that it was traditional Japanese set up. So the seats went inside the ground which was pretty cool.

Tried their grilled fish tempora plate, bento box, tempora sushi with sake. Everything was delicious. The best tempora sushi I’ve had. All the items in the bento box also was amazing. Cooked to perfect and great flavor. The service was good expect some communication gap with the servers. The ambiance is like any normal Japanese restaurant, nothing extraordinary. Definitely recommend this sushi place in the Hayward area.

I’ve been here twice and the food here is great. I’m a vegetarian and I was able to find multiple options that were very delicious. The food comes out piping fresh hot. The atmosphere is very nice, quiet and nice. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Andrew was my server tonight, he has excellent customer service and very attentive. I’ll definitely be back.

This sushi restaurant is Chinese owned, and chefs are also Chinese. Foods are average, not consistently, and some days are below average. 15% gratuity is included in the bill no matter what you received the good, the bad, or the ugly service.

This unassuming restaurant was actually quite lovely to go to and surprisingly exceeded my expectations. The interior is cute and themed, a bit dark but that gives it a slightly romantic vibe. I saw that they have some private tatami rooms that would be great for small parties.

Private room is cool! Service was spectacular. Salmon sashimi was very good. Thick slices. Soba was great. Eel was too dry though. Weird carrot tempura what was easy too raw in the middle. Croquette is basically a oily hash brown.

I will say this was a really good spot for quality sushi. Ordered the Spicy CA Roll and New York Roll and both were exceptional. The only criticism would be the place looked closed at first. The bonus here was just an add on touch of providing a hot, damp towel. Good atmosphere and the workers are very quick and on their feet. Great service, great food!

Good quality food and the fish has always been fresh. Get a seat at the sushi bar by Benny. The few times I’ve went, the Uni has been grade A. I really like the bacon wrapped cherry tomatoes among other things.
