Tom’s BBQ was “okay”. My boyfriend and I went to Tom’s for a quick dinner and the entire place was empty ( already a bad sign) . I had the pulled pork sandwich and the meat tasted like cat food. If you want mediocre food , Tom’s BBQ is the place !

Went in today to Toms for the first time. I got the All in bbq sampler for 35.99. So here’s the thing all the meat tasted like it was cooked in an oven. No Flavor on brisket nor the ribs or chicken and pulled pork makes wonder if anything was seasoned . The links over powering with rosemary I think tasted pork n beans in a can with bbq sauce and meat. I swear I make my kids the same Mac n cheese from the box . Coleslaw was good. This is upsetting because we pay a decent amount for food and the quality is not there but quantity was. I don’t get how these restaurants stay open same for pork n fork! how can these places continue to keep embarrassing themselves with this type of food. Thank you !!

I’m so mad at myself for not discovering this spot sooner. I’ve eaten here three times this week and my mouth is watering for the fourth. Being from Chicago, I went with a dipped Italian beef, the beef/sausage combo, a hot dog and hand-cut fries. Each one was sooo good… the au jus was super flavorful, beef was cooked perfectly for the sandwiches and fries were amazing with their house BBQ. Owner Brenda is beyond friendly as well as the bigger dude that helped me yesterday (I didn’t get his name). All-in-all, I’ll be back again. And again. And again.
