Stopped in here for lunch- cool joint! Quick, counter service restaurant. Good selection of both hot and cold sandwiches. Service is very quick! My group had a broad selection of both hot and cold sandwiches – all good. The bread in particular was fantastic. The fresh cut fries were excellent (better than the crispy fries).

Really good food. We got the Incognito and the Tomasso with the snickerdoodle and chocolate chip cookie. Quick and hearty. Loved the hoagie bread!

Incognito: we never knew a sandwich could be that good. I mean, SERIOUSLY good.

Best sandwiches in town, hands down, with fresh ingredients and delicious combinations. “The Incognito” is our favorite sandwich and the fresh baked hoagie buns and cookies are extraordinary. Focused, hospitable energy from staff form a team that inspires confidence and fun. The music sometimes drives us away, but usually has rhythm and soul. French fries could be fatter and softer. But we will go in for the sandwiches and cookies even if we have to get take out. After all, it’s pretty hard to please all the people all the time. The sandwiches are the best we have ever had (and we’re not spring chickens! lol). Thanks for a surprising, wonderful new deli place, Tom!

I always judge a deli on my first visit by how well they can make a Reuben. Unfortunately, this didn’t go so well. The bread was burnt and one side of the corn beef was so overcooked that I thought they had put bacon in my sandwich. It was that crunchy. The place looks nice, seems to have a good atmosphere, but they really fell on their face overcooking this Reuben.

Amazing Deli’s! A restaurant employee recommended to get “The Middlecut” deli and it was amazing! We all loved it and highly recommend trying it out! The bread is insanely good too, overall great place to come eat.

I have only ordered out here but they tend to be pretty quick and the sandwiches are bomb diggity! I do wish that they would do a traditional only salt seasoning on the fries as my wife has a black pepper allergy and we always have to ask for no seasoning on the fries. I never understand why places put pepper on fries in advance, some people just don’t like pepper on their fries and should be allowed to add at their own discretion. Ditch the pepper on the fries and I give it 5 stars

Delicious sandwiches! We had the Rueben and the prime rib sandwich with peppers (Middlecut). Also had their cheese curd/thousand island/bacon fries (Wild Style Fries). Delicious! Fast service – great spot to eat.
