I was VERY disappointed with our dinner last night. My mom and I both got malts. There was no flavor. They were supposed to be mocha cappuccino and they tasted like vanilla. I got a Tom’s classic combo and its supposed to be a double cheeseburger but there was only 1 patty on it. And then my boyfriend takes a drink of his 7up and its all seltzer water. The only thing good about our dinner was the chesse curds.

Overall a good restaurant with reasonable prices and a lots of selections to choose from. Haven’t been inside but the drive thru is easy to get through, they also have a very helpful QR code to scan while waiting in line.

Burger was cold & when my husband asked them to remake it, they clearly were irritated. It came out drowned in ketchup and mustard and thrown together. Ended up not getting a burger at all.

Good appetizers. I swear I don’t even go there to buy the meals.. but the curse curds, onion rings, Mac and cheese bites… that’s the stuff that hits! It’s also an amazing deal for 6 burgers and a gaggle of fries! Fast food, done right! Thank you! Don’t change what you’re doing!

I don’t patronize this restaurant often, but the few times I have, I haven’t had any issues. Never received an incorrect or incomplete order. My most recent visit, the order taker was a little slow, but very thorough in making sure she got my order entered correctly.

Tom’s is normally pretty good, but the last couple times I went there it wasn’t all that great, I took my brother from Florida lastnight and the food was substandard warm and burgers were smashed down like there was stuff piled on top of them for awhile. Just wasn’t good, I think the employees were more concerned about talking to each other in a little huddle than making sure we had good food.
