The female manager who works here is very ignorant/incompetent. I specifically asked her several times not to mop near my table with pine-sol/bleach while I was eating because the odor was very strong and was ruining my dining experience. The odor was so strong it became unbearable( We decided to end our dining and leave), she gave me an attitude and told me not to tell her how to do her job, obvious they don’t care about treating customers with respect and having an enjoyable dining experience. I got up and threw my plate on the floor and the manager threatened to call the police for vandalism. I’ve called the owner 5 times at numerous locations to try reaching out, he’s very evasive and only cares about money, wasted $30-40 here. Do not dine here, food is greasy and mediocre at best anyways. Restrooms are dirty and smelly! Ignorant owner Peter only responds to positive reviews, doesn’t care about negative reviews or addressing concerns.

I went in for a quick breakfast it was OKI ordered the sausage burrito but the sausages were so small that I could barely taste them. I didn’t see an assigned place for handicap seating. I noticed this when a man came in on a wheel chair and that was kind of hard seating for him. The nearby pop’s cafe was super packed and so I’m assuming that all the people that came in to eat there at Tom’s was the Overflow crowd that didn’t want to wait an hour to get service.. Overall it was average.. not the person taking my order was nice.
