The food is amazing. The quality exceeds the average price. I’m honestly being a little strict by giving them four stars for the atmosphere. It’s a diner and fits the diner bill perfectly fine. The parking can be a little difficult, however. You could always consider parking next door in the business park if you’re getting takeout.

We’ve been coming to Tom’s for 20+ years but today we were disappointed. I got a $15 “4 egg” Denver Omelet that seemed to be more like 2-3 eggs and was topped with American cheese slices. For that price, I would expect they use cheddar and their portions are usually really good but not this time. I know food prices are going up but if a restaurant raises their prices, they should not be sacrificing quantity or quality. Won’t be ordering Omelets at Tom’s anymore. Hopefully the burgers are still the same.

Wow wow . I am the foodie body and i try a lot of different places . And now this place is my favorite and first choice if i wanna eat the burger . They use the fresh meat to made their burgers and they use the grill for cook it and i think it’s the reason the taste of this burger is totally different with other places . But there is a point . Maybe there is some more restaurant they follow the same way and i try it before . So what’s the difference ? With all my experiences the difference is about the price and size . I bet you can’t find any double cheese burger with this quality and size for some thing around 8 bux

I called to place an order Mexican lady barely speak English ., was very difficult for her to turn around and hang up. I called back another Mexican last answer I asked for manager she said he busy asked for his name she refused . Got there spoke with guy that day he manager but I don’t think so , cause it was another Mexican guy calling shots . However I express to him the service I received he was nice gave me free food do yo experience . However im on my cell waiting for food and I’ll telling my man my experience and they nasty . The Mexican cashier went to tell him . So she just had been the one who hung up in me . I read the tricked and it’s similar to what I wrote . Don’t go here go to the one in Orange

Huge shout out to Fatima! Great customer service. She went above and beyond. I ordered burgers for myself and my son. He loves Toms and was super excited for me to bring it home to him. There was a miscommunication on my part and my order was wrong (again my mistake). I was ok with how mine came and didn’t want to make a fuss so I ate half of it before checking my sons burger I had wrapped to go. I noticed my sons burger was wrong too and knew he’d be bummed so I asked for it to be fixed. When I realized it was my fault and retracted my request to replace it but she insisted 🙂 she also came back to make sure blotting else was wrong and I let her know I mine was too but it was fine and I had eaten half. She said she wanted to remake mine as well to make sure I got what I really wanted and left happy! So sweet! On top of great service every time I go, the food is fantastic. Seriously one of the best burger joints in OC in my opinion. Top 3 for sure!

Used to be a great place to go, not so much anymore. Ever since it changed hands the quality has gone down. They have given us the wrong order twice and don’t seem to care when you tell them. Their french fries are consistently way under cooked. We won’t be going anymore. Such a disappointment.

The staff was super friendly and welcoming. I was having a little trouble with parking in the small lot but one of their kitchen staff on break helped me out. He even helped cheer up my grumpy child before we went inside. The food was great and the staff was very attentive and kind.
