Went in the store to order and waited. The food was fast and not wonderful at all. Chicken fingers were so overcooked and rubbery inside and so crunchy that I couldn’t eat them. The next day my mouth hurt from trying to eat them. The service was probably the worst. The waitress at the counter must have said 10 times gimme your money. I’ll take your money. Needles to say she didn’t get a great tip. I’m sure she thought she was being funny, but it was very annoying. We were seated in an area where you can fit maybe 3ppl to wait, and it’s a tight dark corner where you can stare at a cloudy fish tank with not so healthy fish. I won’t go back. The only good thing was that they were the ONLY Chinese restaurant open the particular day we went. It may have been a holiday or just a Monday. I don’t remember.

This is probably my absolute favorite Chinese food place around. They make the best crab rangoons. I always get at least two large orders (of rangoons). The food always tastes great. The rice is great and the noodles are done just right. They also have really good beef. I always order to go so I can’t speak for the sit down experienc. Ordering over the phone can be a little frustrating at first. I had no idea what the woman working there was saying for the longest time. The staff seem happy to see me whenever I come in. They are friendly in their own way. I highly recommend trying this place if you haven’t already. Definitely try the rangoons!

The lady at front is VERY RUDE! if you can’t understand her she has a attitude problem and talks to you very disrespectfully. Also tried to pay over phone she gave me a hard time and was so mean while reading the card to her. Then she just hung up on me. Food good service absolutely the WORST!

Ordered the pu pu platter for 2. I gave them a 3 because there some goods, but also quite a few bads. The Springrolls/egg rolls were good and crispy, the spare ribs were pretty decent; I’ve personally had better, but they were very scarce with the portion of them. The teriyaki beef sticks looked and tasted like they were old, maybe reused and reheated from a previous day. The fried shrimp was pretty good and crispy. The fried chicken wings were very soggy and didn’t taste fresh. Everything was thrown in a foil bag, so the juice of something was making things soggy. The staff were friendly and very clean.. HOWEVER, it was not worth my $16.00 (+tax = $18.72). I have had way better, even back in Springfield. I’m not hard to please either. I just would have expected better. Regardless, I am appreciative and thank you Tong Sing for the meal.

No sauce for chicken fingers. Fried rice had no flavor it was half white rice. Chicken wings were very flavorful. Pork Egg roll was good but would’ve been better with sauce

In my Chop Suey, my chicken was pink when it arrived, meaning it was undercooked. My husband’s boneless ribs and beef teriyaki were both not seasoned and the flavor was lacking 100%. He basically was given cooked and unseasoned beef… My order was $34, and they only offered to credit me less than $3.
