I have gone to Tony Lukes in Baltimore Horseshoe casino 3 times over 11 days and each time the staff tell me they still remain out of the free cherry peppers. That’s really inexcusable, seems like a management problem for sure. Meanwhile they have 6 full jars on the wall as a display. The food is good enough, but the peppers make this sandwich rock, and they are indefinitely out of stock on that along with green peppers. The manager needs to buy some peppers, they are available on the internet. UPDATE: 8/20/22, went again today,now 3 weeks without cherry peppers, while jars of cherry peppers sit on the shelve as a display. UPDATE 2: 8/31/22. 5 weeks straight and still no cherry peppers are available , 1 of 3 free toppings.

The food tasted great. I had the steak with cheese whiz, but it could have been better. Unfortunately for me, they ran out of fried onions. But it’s close ebough to being home in Philly.

I spent over $30 on food put in 4 bags, 2 drinks, 2 sauce containers, Plus napkins and ketchup and straws and when I asked for a bag they lady said bagels are $25. It was so ridiculous another customer offered to help me carry my order to my table. ♀️ Really? The food was not hot, and the wait time was long. Definitely won’t be back.

The people are nice, but the food is horrible. Had to wait 15 minutes for 6 boneless wings which had more skin than chicken and it was hard. The French fries were cooked hard also, look like they were cooked 2 hours ago. Never will I eat here again.

If Tony Luke’s is a Staple in Philly then they definitely left the goodness there!!!! I had the chicken cheesesteak….the chicken almost looked like some kind of imitation meat, NO FLAVOR at all. The chicken was so bland it had a cardboard taste. The bread was good and the topping were cool but I didn’t order a veggie sub so if the chicken is terrible then it’s inedible. Took two bites and threw it away!!!!!
