I hate to do this to any business, but your treatment time and time again has become atrocious. We have noticed the tone of the phone, the arguments about the orders (complex ones at that), have walked into the story and have watched your colleagues pick up the phone and hang up not notice we are watching them and just recently tonight box up two slices of pizza, not heat the up at all, clearly sitting there all day in this heat in possible hopes that they were for my husband. They were for my 6 year old who after so much anticipation to have a pizza looked us straight and the eye and told us no thanks, doesn’t look yummy. Forcing me to purchase dinner from a complete different place. Do better, the discrimination is clear and disturbing.

All I can say is dayuuuummm! I ordered 5 garlic hot wings and had major regrets because they were the best wings I’ve ever had. I should have gotten 10! The staff was great too! Very friendly and attentive. I dined alone and was very comfortable. It’s a bit dark and could use some sprucing up but it appeared clean. 5-Star wings for sure! Already planning a visit when I get back in town and I’m bringing company.

I have lived in Somerdale for almost 6yrs and this was my go to place. We ordered from this place every weekend and sometimes more. NOT ANYMORE. Ever since the new owner took over they have just declined and went from mountain top to valley low. I ordered online as always and yet again for the 3rd time WRONGGG. I ordered a cheeseburger platter and cheese for the fries. I got no fries, side of cheese, and bag of chips. I ordered a fish platter and got no chips or fries. I ordered a wild cherry PEPSI and got a COKE. I called the store and the response was the fish doesn’t come as a platter and we no longer sell pepsi products. So I asked well why are these things options on the website. You would not believe the answer the manager gave me. Her exact words all nonchalantly was, “Well, yeah I told the owner to fix that months ago and i can give you a $5 credit for your next order. ” Like WHATTTTT!!! They will NEVERRRRRR get my money again.

I give this place exactly what you see.. 1star because it won’t allow me to give zero stars !! Their Customer Service is Horrendous and quite Obviously condoned by the Owner of this establishment ! Rude! Senseless! ZERO Common Sense ! This is the 2nd and last time that I will allow myself to be screwed over by this overpriced, Rude and Unprofessional establishment ! They will no longer get my money nor any of my Co-Workers money ! The employees clearly learn from the Owner who just likes to argue with the CUSTOMER Instead of trying to make things right ! I ordered a salad 6/29/2023 from here to be delivered the salad was a total disaster the service was horrible I had to repeat the order ten times and it was still ordered wrong I called to straighten it out and the girl Naomi claimed I had to speak to the owner to get a reorder I asked if he ( Joe) was there and she replied tomorrow.. now how am I suppose to keep a salad that was ordered incorrectly the next day smh we are toydlou DISSAPPOINTED & DISSATISFIED NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Was going here for 6 years. Got disappointed three straight times and took a break from them. Tried again today… never again. Sold me two panzarottis with literally no cheese. Asked me to bring the food back that I had bitten into, and wouldn’t refund me even until the manager calls me tomorrow morning. Never. Again. If you’re in the area, take the ride up to Casa D’Amico. Oh and I tipped them, as I always do for takeout. Great customer service guys…
