My family and I love this place! We each have our go to meal. My husband orders the 2 meat combo with sides, my daughter orders the chicken fried steak with sides, and I go between the BBQ Baked Potato and the Chopped Beef Sandwich. Their food is always on point! Their service is always great! The atmosphere is nice and quiet. I almost forgot… the sweet tea is amazing!

On May31st about 11:15 am I purchased double order of brisket sliced and two orders of peach cobbler. Two hours later, I was taken by EMS in Jacinto City to LBJ choking a jagged piece of brisket. This company and its contents will be thoroughly reviewed, by everyone agency that Harris County can muster. I will upload pictures shortly of what these people sold me, pending litigation. Dangerous to travel there in person as I did, the surroundings inside were a copy of another Barbeque chain. I will be seeking damages as well as the closure of this facility.

Very friendly people. Great atmosphere. Good is delicious. Steak is skinnier than I’m used to. Rice is good, Mac is good, okra is really good. Baked potatoes are good. Still want to taste their barbecue.

Service was polite. It’s fairly quiet place to eat. The food wasn’t “bad”. It just lacked flavor. The brisket was just dry flavorless meat, and the dirty rice lacked flavor as well. The sauce they use is ok, not the worst, not the best. If you want quick food and you are in the area, it will fill your belly.

No ac on the dining side. But they warn you with a sign. Sliced beef was trash. Tasted horrible. Didn’t even eat half. They didn’t offer any solution like maybe replacing the meal with something else or my money back. Last time eating there

Was tempted to do 5 stars but decide on 4. Everything was good and price was very reasonable given todays inflation. I think next time I will order bbq sauce on the side. The coconut cream pie was pretty good.
