Me mysel and I
I stopped in for my first time while working in the area. My special order breakfast burrito was . I asked for many specifics, even asked them to brown my tortilla since all the pics show an undercooked tortilla. I like their napkins and the variety of salsa at the salsa bar is a great. The salsa was ok. If I’m passing through here, I know there’s a taco shop I can count on. Not bad Tony! Orange chairs aren’t comfortable so get a table if you’re able.

This place have change names a few times but one thing that has been consistent is really good Mexican food. Bueno Dias Burrito is always great. Potatoes Tacos are delicious. Wash it down with a orange Fanta. Also try the tortas. If you ever in San Marcos by the high school stop by Tony’s it is well worth it.

They tried to overcharge me, intentionally… They charged me for a combination when I just ordered rolled tacos. They explained that there was a special, and that is what they charged me for instead. When I asked them to remove the soda, they acted like I was causing them difficulty. It was more than a dollar and I didn’t ask for it. The tacos were good, but I lowered my rating due to the overcharge and the attitude.

Food is good, salsa is good (but different locations have different ones). However, last order at the Pacific St location completely forgot the guac on the rolled tacos and charged me for extra cheese when i didnt order that. Tonight tried the Twin Oaks location and they forgot the chips. They have raised their prices just like everyone else, which is absolutely understandable, but get the order right then if you want people to come back- especially with so many options nearby.

So I deliver packages so always trying to find good spots that are quick and delicious, ended up getting the (new) deluxe breakfast burrito. The Carne wasn’t chewy at all tasty and tender mixed with I believe mozzarella and eggs was a great combo, definitely going back soon.

My friend and I stopped to grab a to go bite and was not impressed by the service that we got. The cashier (older lady) seemed mad and agitated as we were trying to figure what to order. It’s like she was in a hurry to go and we were taking too long.There was no line or anyone behind us waiting so it’s not like we were slowing anything down . We wondered if she was employed at the Restuarant or owned it. Either way the service was unacceptable. It was not a good experience and not welcoming at all. We not going back as the food was not that great either. Not worth my time!

Hubby loves the Golden Egg burrito. I have tried the La Paz burrito and the Supreme breakfast burrito. Both are excellent. Also, the hot chips are great. Always get friendly customer service as well.
