The girl on the phone in the afternoon hours has been pretty rude during the menu changes they’re making & messing up orders. We order usually once a week from here. During one of those orders, we received ( I’m assuming by accident) an outdated menu. Then about 5 days later we ordered again, using that same menu (we had no idea the menus were being revamped, aka we were using an outdated menu). When the food arrived the price was almost 3 dollars more expensive. I called the restaurant and asked about the price change.

My delivery was perfect. Hot chili was the best I can’t believe a sub Shop like this is not famous believe me they’re better than Pizza John’s squires anywhere just really Unbelievable. sub shop Heading away in Dundalk. Good food.

I just want the owner of Tony’s to know that I and my wife have been loyal customers and typically like the food, but to be honest with you if it were not for the western fries i would not eat there, good fries are important to me when ordering from a restaurant, your regular fries are horrible, i throw them in the trash everytime i dont get the western fries i ordered and it is not the first time, so dont change the western fries and maybe look around for better regular fries

About the cashier Harley… When I 1st called to place my order she I had to repeat my name 5 times & she kept calling me Ryan i kelp saying my name is lauren.. & she she even spelled ot wrong on the receipt … then when I get there she told me to have a good day I said I still need my coke that I ordered she looked over at to fridge so I looked over I said I ordered a 2l of coke she said no u said u would pick it out urself said I never said that she tried to argue with me then she said we don’t have coke I said ok just refund me back for the coke. I usually don’t complain but her attitude & trying to lie & make up something that never even was said.

This was suppose to be extra sauce and extra cheese…. when I called back to request the order be replaced after I picked them up the woman informed me that they do not redeliver pick up orders. I think they should deliver their mistake. This is the 3rd time our order has been screwed up. Plus they charged my son an extra $1 to pick up our order
