I’m leaving this review because you need to have this Bringdat ordering app fixed. 1 it doesn’t remember your address. 2 Lately when I try to pay with my credit card the delivery driver shows up asking for COD because it didn’t take my payment. And when I ordered just a side order that I want to pick up myself, it still wants a $10 min even for a $8 item. Maybe you should just start using DoorDash.

Placed an order for a half-tray of chicken the night before an event and the worker who took our order calls us up the next day as we’re on our way to get it to let us know that he just realized that they didn’t prepare our order correctly and that they’d need an extra half-hour we didn’t have to get it done right. On top of that they use deceptive marketing with their coupons — they have a coupon for $39.99 half-trays of chicken parm / francese / marsala that does not indicate that they include smaller portions of meat than when ordering from the full-price dinner menu. The person we spoke to didn’t offer us anything for our troubles. Fortunately for us, good pizza spots are a dime-a-dozen around here.

I have been ordering from Tony’s for years. My kids love their pizza. I have never had a complaint until now. Very rarely have I had any issues and when i did they corrected it right away. Tonight they sent us the wrong pizza. We called and they said they would send the new one. New pizza never came.

So just left here not to long ago. Pizza and wrap I had were good as always however there was a customer in there that was pretty mouthy dropped his slice of pizza on the floor and wouldnt pick it up. Also one of the male delivery drivers were wearing a tank top behind the counter and was handling unwrapped food. Anyone that knows board of health regs knows thats a no no. Other than those few things always a decent place to eat probably just an off day.

I order from this business quite often. I ordered yesterday and they delivered to the wrong address. They will not refund my money because they feel they should not be out the money. So I should lose the money????? I have called multiple times and been lied to. The owner called my daughter and told her he couldn’t be out the money but would remake her the meal. Really??? Why is he making deals with a minor instead of dealing with me? He can’t be out the money that they incorrectly gave away but I should be out the money for a product I never received. When I call now they hang up on me. Poor business practices!
