Ordered Delivery through the slice app, food arrived more than an hour and a half later. My gluten free pizza was delivered with the wrong topping and the food was cold and needed to be reheated. They did offer a refund of 5 dollars for the wrong topping but I couldn’t remake the pizza at home, so that was 25% of original price.

Never had a worse customer service experience in my life. Called an hour after I place my order just to check in (1 large pizza, 10min from my house). The system was down so my order hadn’t gone through, good thing I called! They said it would be another 45min. I asked if I could get some sort of discount for the inconvenience and they laughed at me and said “no, other orders have arrived much later than this”….Don’t order here if you’re hungry lol!!!

I ordered pizza and it was over 2hrs late and cold. The owners didn’t care or offer a discount or refund. Might as well buy frozen pizza next time. Definitely will taste better

I’m actually very disgusted, by both the food and the service. Ordered a pizza and 40 minutes later had to call and ask for an update and they still hadn’t started on my order. An hour more and I call again and still in progress and the person who answered the phone said “don’t exaggerate”. Finally got the pizza delivered and they could care less if we order from them again and the pizza was cold. Never, EVER ordering from here again.

Ordered DoorDash and this shows up. The pizza is cold, and they did not cook the ingredients into the cheese. I’ve never seen this before, it’s like putting a cold salad on top of a cheese pizza.

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch pizza slice wasn’t told there was peppers in it, very upset now I have no lunch. Should have been told it’s made differently. Very very upset with the place.

Had a pizza and gnocchi with meat sauce delivered. Food was delivered faster than expected and was still very warm! As someone with a dairy sensitivity I often have a hard time ordering from pizza places. The gnocchi was a very good portion and was so good- I can’t wait to order from here again! I could get it every time and not be sick of it. Boyfriend said pizza was very good as well!
