Great wings. Loved the homemade tasting pizza sauce. Little slow getting food. Kitchen loud and rude. But the waitress was amazing. Over an hour for dine in 2 out of 3 times, so far. Pizza was so amazing but I don’t see putting canned mushrooms on a pizza that taste so good.

Pizza wasn’t terrible but one of them was folded over by the box. Quality check must have been skipped. But when I brought it to their attention they did make me a new pie. I since writing my original review I have tried Tony’s twice more the first time they gave me the wrong sandwich order had to go back and now this time they completely messed up the toppings on my pizza. Girl who answered the phones is really nice and tries to make stuff right but obviously the people making the food don’t pay attention

DONT DO IT! If I could give negative stars I would. took more than two hours for overpriced pizza to be delivered. Ordered through Uber eats and after waiting all that time I called them and the business informed me they deliver their Uber orders and they don’t deliver to my address. (Why someone else couldn’t pick it up is beyond me. That’s the point of Uber!) So not one staff member thought they should maybe inform me that it would take over 2 hrs and 20 minutes to drive 10 minutes down the road!!!!! Or even tell me they couldn’t deliver it to me! So ridiculous, fix the parameters on ur Uber account or don’t use it. Listen to ur staff when they tell u it’s not set up correctly and they can’t deliver to these places, the staff seemed just as frustrated as I was because they couldn’t change it. The cherry on top was that they thought I shouldn’t be reimbursed or receive any type of adjustment for my horrible experience with this place. They refuse to deliver and then take $20+ more in “fees” than it would’ve cost me. I will never order from here again because of the blatant lack of care for their customers and maintenance on their delivery apps. Those apps cost us alot more to use just to receive this kind of service.

Pizza is awesome and service is even better!Young lady at the front desk is awesome!Always super polite every time I come in!Asked her to lightly heat up pizza for my 2 year old and she even cut it in tiny pieces for him!Brung our food to the table and even brung over a cup a straw for my little ones drink!really went above and beyond!

First time ive ever heard of Tony’s Pizza in East stroudsburg and I tell you very poor experience, signed for a receipt of $50.00 that was delivered to my house ,before sitting down I get 2 calls back to back stating we never PAID for the order delivered ,So I paid AGAIN after hanging up the call I checked my bank and it so happens TONY’S PIZZA charged me twice second time was almost $10 more so I took a ride there and explain to the young lady I was. Charged twice, after 5 minutes of waiting she hands me a receipt and says that the second charge will be refunded,….AND ON TOP OF IT ALL THE PIZZA WASN’T EVEN WORTH TRYING…..THUMBS DOWN FOR THAT PIZZERIA ILL STAY WITH PRIMOS PIZZA THANK YOU ANYHOO AND GOOD LUCK….
