This place checks all the boxes for that traditional Chicago dog eatery. Loved the atmosphere! The Chicago dog with everything was spot on! Daily specials don’t break the bank. It’s hard to find places like this, that still have great service, atmosphere, and food. Really enjoyed this place.

Look if you want a good Chicago-style hot dog this is your place. Get the special with fries. Tony’s is a local treasure. They sponsor little leagues. Kids can look at the cool fish. You can get a beer or a wine inside. You can sit outside in the summer (not with alcohol). The gyros are decent and so are the cx fingers and soft serve. Perfect.

Great food and decently priced. Quick and friendly service. Hot dogs were good and the gyros were excellent–a generous amount of meat. The atmosphere is surprisingly fun. Kids loved the giant gumball machine and arcade game. A small selection of drinks are also available at their bar. We’ll definitely be back again.

I can say the only reason this place gets 5 stars by most people is the Aesthetic inside. The food is not good, the italian beef and burger were both cold. And the gyro did not have a lot of meat. I purchased a plain burger, an italian beef, two small fries and two drinks which was over $22 so definitely not cheap. Honestly, Just go to portillos

Steaming pile. Probably one of the worst meals I’ve had in a long time. Chicken club was a frozen breaded chicken on a hamburger bun. Large fry is really a small. The oil was probably not hot enough. Could taste oil in everything.

What a disappointment in customer service. If the restaurant closes at 9:00 pm but will not provide service to a customer at 8:50pm, it should be stated until what time it will serve a customer. I called to try to place an order for hot dogs and was told they were already walking out and closing the door at 8:50pm. My sister was a minute away and stopped in and it was opened and customers were there eating at that time but they refused to take any more orders. I will not be returning.

The fries I was served today were absolutely disgusting. Extremely dry, shriveled and could barely chew into them… they were in the garbage by the 4th Fry along with the other dog I bought. Extremely disappointed.

Chicago dogs and pizza puffs! This is the best hotdog place in the area. Staff is always nice and friendly. You can also grab a beer if it’s that kind of day. Eat it up!

I often order a grilled cheese sandwich for my wife along with other items, and I always stress no pickle with the grilled cheese. Im not sure why they include a pickle with their grilled cheese sandwich in the first place.
