Good food. Staff short-handed. Waitress has 3 full-time jobs and 2 kids. She had 1 full- time job and part time job Mother’s Day weekend??? Anyway…..get her some help that makes business more efficient. Didn’t make sense that chicken wasn’t cooked and wouldn’t be ready for a half an hour -which was excuse to each customer?? Menu states “Ask about our daily specials” there were none.

New business I guess there will be a few hick-ups. Food as always been good so but it is a little over priced plus 24.00 for a 8 piece dinner ??? Wait staff needs to use their heads a little better, it gets annoying having to ask 10 times for things like napkins and ketchup. Great remodel and we will be back.

The waitress was okay there were only 2 people working.. Had a special that included shrimp but had 0 cocktail sauce. Never refilled our drinks and took almost 45 minutes to get our food..

We just tried this resto today because it was part of the list in Google that is near I-64. We had no idea what we were up for and relied soley on the reviews. We were so disappointed. It took forever for them to serve the food. Their tea was so sweet and tasted like an old tea. Mac and cheese was cold and looked so sad. My kid who loves mac n cheese didn’t even look at it. You can even see cheese solidifying instead of melting. Lol. Liver & onions were all battered, I had to check every piece to make sure I was eating liver. The batter was too salty. She offered to replace the tea but still so sweet so we opted for water. We left 5 minutes after we had the food. The only good thing was the chicken sandwich. We paid $34 for chicken sandwich and liver & onions, not worth it.

Excellent food. Their fried chicken is excellent as is their chicken fried steak. Best thing I’ve had though are their mashed potatoes which are some of the best I’ve ever had.

The fries were the only good thing, the chicken even though it tasted good but wasn’t hot seemed like it was made the day before and reheated. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

It’s a new old place that has been redone inside, very clean. Small menu chicken is there main thing, good sides.
