Hated the 3 hour wait to be eventually assigned a booth on the corner of the lowermost floor. We had some food meanwhile. I had boneless wings, sit was just okay. The golfing part was really fun. The customer service was amazing as well. If you have a 4-5 person party, i think it is very reasonable priced.

First visit for the season, had about 30-45 minutes wait time so checked in in the app and waited for our turn. Staff was very friendly and quick with the service. Food was amazing, ordered wings (buffalo sauce), tenders with fries, smokehouse bean burger. All items were good. Overall had a good time.

Fun group experience at this modern day driving range. I booked a reservation a week in advance, I definitely prefer the couch bays versus the high top tables. Great drinks, food, service, and golf.

A really nice place we had a lot of fun. I was here again and this time for some reason the service was just too bad. We got the bay 313 at 3rd floor i needed help with the computer so i called a girl/woman she was wearing black shorts and black top i cant recall her name but she was a little arrogant for some reason I don’t know. But I definitely felt it. I got no clue why she was egoistic she’s not even that beautiful maybe she thinks she is, but please leave your ego at home when you’re working. So when i called her for help she was like you don’t know how to do thiss? She wasn’t replying to our questions very well that was the problem. I asked her for french fries she rejected saying I can’t do that I’ll send someone else and it took her 20 15 mins to send other person to take our order we were very agitated because we were hungry. The second lady checked us out didn’t even hand us the receipt didn’t even tell is that she kept our receipt on the table where she checked us out. She just went somewhere like we didn’t exist. You guys can check cameras. Monday june 26th between 9 to 10. My name is registered as alex in top golf and I can’t give my phone number here. Whoever is seeing this please check your cameras and have a look at your employees. The first girl with black top and black shorts doesn’t know how to greet, actually she didn’t even greet us never smiled at us. I don’t know what was wrong with her. But last time when i was here it was just too amazing. Am very disappointed this time.

The game was great as always but I was sorely disappointed in the size of the FIFTEEN DOLLAR nachos that came out the size of an average leather wallet. Horrible for the price, the cheese was like eating rubber on the worst soggy chips. -10/10 would never eat here again

Avoid this place if you’re looking for a good time. They don’t serve food/drinks during inclement weather. The only round of drinks we got were short. Over priced and the service was terrible. I’ll never go back. 0/5 stars.

Updating my review once again from 4-stars to 5-stars overall as well as for service. Pro Tip: Try to reserve a bay online/through the Topgolf app for a seamless check-in experience. You don’t have to check-in at the front desk and can walk right up to your bay once you receive a text message that your bay is ready. Bays, tables, and clubs were cleaner than previous visits. A Manager wearing a red vest should greet you upon your bay arrival and our Manager (Zach) helped answer all our questions related to the Game Play Card Balance.
