This place is a sad excuse for a restaurant. Whole place was dirty, ceiling was leaking water from the a/c all over the floors, floors were filthy, tables weren’t clean, garbage cans overflowing, and flies were everywhere. The staff was rude and slow. Hard as it is to imagine, the food was worse than all that! Greasy and tasteless burgers and fries, chicken strips were overcooked and hard. This was a total waste of money and I won’t be back.

I placed an order through the drive through. The main reason. I went was for the onion rings however I didn’t get any. I was very disappointed when I got all the home. I ordered a burger with mayo and pickles only and received only ketchup the meat was nearly burnt and the chicken “strips” were like over cooked chicken bites. The staff was friendly though! come here if you want to pay 15 dollars for a cold, incorrect order “served” by lazy, rude employees. this location in particular is TERRIBLE. employees glare at you and drag their feet to make you feel like you’re ruining their day by ordering, orders are often wrong, food is often cold/poor quality, especially compared to burger joints of equivalent price, and the wait times are absurd. I’ve been frequenting both the Hardy St location and this one for years and after my most recent few experiences I don’t think I’ll ever eat at ANY location again. Everyone makes mistakes sometimes, but the failure rate here has passed the point of “just the occasional honest mistake.” They don’t care. It’s very obvious.

Every time I’ve eaten here in the last year I’ve had a bad experience but this was my last visit. I paid $11.00 for a piece of tree bark on a bun and a coke. Meat looked like something that got stuck behind the stove for a few hours. My dog wouldn’t eat it, and there’s no manager or corporate entity that cares. I’d eat somewhere else

Came by today to get lunch and food was horrible. After spending $30 on food you would think it would be fresh my wings were old the steak was super chewy on the sandwich and the fries…..this place has great breakfast but needs work on lunch. Only reason for 3 stars is because my daughter is in love with the pancakes.

It was decent but I think my expectations were too high. Paid $14 and I think it should have been more like $10. The chicken tenders were pretty good but the fries were meh. Definitely needed ketchup. I am still curious about their breakfast and if I ever get to try it might bump my score up, but not really rushing back for lunch/dinner.

The clerk to my order through the drive thru . I ordered a large onion ring they charged and gave me a regular..but they fixed the order with no charge .they let me keep both !!!!!! ♂️
