I came in today around 3:00 p.m. to pick up a pizza and some Topper Sticks it’s my first experience here and it was amazing Not only was the food very good but the young lady that I spoke to was absolutely amazing she was great with my kids and their questions and was very personable she is an amazing employee and I hope that all of your employees are like her. Dude, this was the most perfect pizza I’ve ever had. Not only was it delicious, but it looked exactly like the ideal “cartoon” pizza! Vibrant colors, perfectly placed veggies, great distribution of toppings. Cowabunga, guys! This was totally tubular!

First time ordering pizza and cheese bread. Placed order at 11 pm for delivery. Was supposed to be delivered at 1140. I looked on website it stated on the way. I waited until 12, called them several times after that, and was told each time it was on the way. Pizza finally arrived at almost 1 am. Cold, and not consumable. Very nasty. I paid $ 40.00 for a pizza and cheese bread that I wasn’t able to eat. I contacted the store 2 days later and the manager did refund my money, but said he had worked on Friday and they were extremely short-handed and only had 1 driver. No more will I order from them if I’m in Cincinnati Ohio.

I’m a door dasher and it’s a crazy place at 1 or 2 am. Drunk college kids being loud and disrespectful. Had to park in the middle of the street with my hazards on to even get close enough to walk and pick up the orders. The staff are friendly enough and wait times there are sometimes pretty bad. It’s your typical college town pizza joint. Ohh and the smell of weed over powers the smell of the food sometimes.

When we ordered, we were told it would come in 20-30 minutes. We called several times to ask about our order and they assured it would arrive any minute. We never got our order but were charged. They hung up the phone on us six times.

Pizza ordered and card charged, but didn’t show up. After 30 minutes called and was told it was out for delivery, another 30 goes by, called again and was hung up on. Called again and was told it was out for delivery and was finally able to reach a Manager who said there was no order. After I insisted that there was one, because the card was charged, the order was found, but I was told the “call-center” messed up the order and scheduled it for yesterday instead of today. Guess what? No pizza showed up yesterday, either. Incredibly disappointed and wont’ recommend.

This pizza was so great. It definitely did not take 2-3 employees or to realize my pepperoni pizza had been sitting on the shelf for a whole hour. You could probably cook chicken on top of the box its so fresh and hot. Definitely don’t preheat your oven or expect a cold pizza because this place will definitely serve you the most appetizing meal you’ve ever eaten in your entire life. Definitely shell out a hours worth of a competitive wage for a pepperoni pizza that is just as fresh as the cardboard box it came in. Places half the price or a grocery store frozen pizza fear the quality and service you get at Toppers. Duke energy will hate billing you for how often you have to get your pre heat your oven to get a toppers pizza to an edible temperature. I’ll be back soon!

It was nothing to brag about FR. Their pizza that has tater tots and liquid cheese is disgusting. Also their monkey bread is not good and they definitely live by quantity over quality there. The toppings seem so generic.

Was really surprised how good the pizza was. The employee was friendly in taking our order and the pizza was ready quickly. We dined in and ordered the pizza with tots on it. Didn’t have any issues, despite what other reviews mention. This place is worth trying, they have a lot of specials they run so it seems like a good value too.

Meela and Vanessa were absolutely amazing! I went in right before they closed as my friend just had a baby and was craving a pizza. They girls were so sweet and had no complaints even with me placing my order 10 minutes before closing!! You girls are the best and made a new momma very happy.
