Weekday pizza is better than weekend pizza. I came into toppers on KK and enjoyed myself! The service from the staff was amazing they gave me a prompt me a time of completion of my order and delivered an astonishing meal.

I have seen this location go down hill steadily over the last couple of years. Normally expect the driver to be an hour after the quoted time when you order and have items like sauces missing. Sent in an online order today at 2PM and had a voicemail come 10 minutes later from the manager there. There was no driver in but he was willing to get it to me at 3:30 if I confirmed the order. Called the same number back to confirm and was told the delivery would go out for 3:30. At 3:50 I check the status of the delivery online and it states the order was cancelled. Called them back to confirm that the pizza was on the way and was rerouted to “front desk”. I had to explain everything to the person I was routed to at the store and he said that they never got a call back to confirm delivery and cancelled the order. He talked over me explaining that I must have gotten the call center and the call center never let them know. He just said “yeah well I can get an order in for 4 when our driver gets here for work today”. Absolute clown show of a business and terrible management.

I am giving this place a 1 star because I have no option to give 0 stars. I ordered my food for delivery and waited way over the estimated time and when my meal arrived it was a completely wrong order something I literally could not eat. Also, said they would send out my correct order and did not. Awful costumer service, do not recommend. Toppers should change their name to floppers.

I love Toppers Pizza but definitely not this location. I ordered delivery and it took 2+ hours to arrive. You can tell it was made right away when I ordered and just sat for 2 hours waiting for a driver to deliver it. Cold/hard/rubbery pizza. On top of that all of the dipping sauces that I paid extra for were missing. Had this same experience both times I’ve ordered at this location….

Absolutely love the food when it’s fresh but this location is very much so hit or miss for service. Multiple times I’ve ordered and had delivery take 2+ hours and it shows up cold. I would have just picked it up if someone would have called and told me it would take that long.

We ordered delivery during last week’s snowy weather. The food arrived on time, accurately delivered, followed instructions and was still warm. Everything tasted great and the prices on specials were awesome. We got a large 2-topping hand tossed, bacon breadsticks, boneless wings for a great promo price. Delivery is cheap. I recommend this location.
